Hello...

When you find the critical path with my CPM library, read how to
optimize more here:

https://tensix.com/2015/10/to-shorten-the-critical-path/

My CPM (Critical Path Method) for Delphi and FreePascal was updated to
version: 1.02

I have included the Network power plant construction example of the
Schaum's ouTlines Operations Management book inside the zip file, it's
called power_plant.txt.. also i have extended the readme
file to better explain how to use this Library.

I have not implemented PERT , because CPM is also the base method that
is also efficient.

You can download the new version 1.02 from:

https://sites.google.com/site/aminer68/cpm-critical-path-method-for-delphi-and-freepascal

Thank you,
Amine Moulay Ramdane.
