Change Review tool?

I'm curious if there are any language aware change review tools.

We use Atlassian Stash and pull-requests for our change review process 
now.  It works relatively well when the changes are localized or 
repetitive, but we occasionally have changes that add many 
functions/methods across many classes.

It would be great if we could see a navigable summary of new methods, 
changed methods, removed methods, etc...  rather than a simple "diff of 
text files".

Does such a tool exist anywhere?

I would personally need one that supports PHP, but I'm curious as a 
general question if this thing exists at all.
