I don't think there is one.  I taught Fortran for one quarter several years 
ago and had a devil of a time selecting a text book for the course.  I had a 
lot of free samples to choose from and even so I remember that I didn't like 
the one I ended up with.

First of all there are a lot variants of Fortran.  Second of all, K&R is 
just superb by any standard..
