Hello....... About the Ticket Spinlock with a proportional back-off I have just ported my Ticket Spinlock with a proportional back-off that i have enhanced to On Time RTOS-32 real-time OS , and let me tell you that it is efficient, because it really scale better and it reduces better the cache-coherence traffic and it really reduces efficiently the waiting time for the lock to be available.. that's really good.
