I will set it right so that you understand better..

Programming today is not just programming, you will find programmers 
that do software debugging, and programmers that do software testing, 
and experienced programmers like me that guide programming or guide the 
team etc. etc. that means if you are good at debugging
softwares, you are useful at debugging softwares and so you can
be welcome here to USA because you are usefull to USA.. that's the
same for testing sofwares and for experienced programmer like me,
this is optimization of America, but you seem to not understand this,
and you are wanting people to be more civilized , or people to be
as beautiful as white wuropeans, this an old way of thinking ,
USA and other countries don't think optimization like you are thinking
optimization...
