#2380 — Scalable MLock version 1.2

Hello,

Scalable MLock was updated to version 1.2, i have aligned
the record on cache-line bounderies and make the record a size of a
cache-line and scalable MLock has given much better performance,
and it has given a much better performance than the Ticket spinlock
with a proportional backoff.
