Hello, I have just benchmarked the lockfree concurrent FIFO queue that you find inside the OmniThread library here: http://code.google.com/p/omnithreadlibrary/downloads/detail?name=OmniThreadLibrary-3.03b.zip&can=2&q= and i have also benchmarked the lockfree Ringbuffer that you find here: http://www.odsrv.com/RingBuffer/RingBuffer.htm And after i have done the benchmarks under contention, i have found that my very fast concurrent FIFO queue is 4x times faster than the above lockfree FIFO queues, the above lockfree FIFO queues have scored 3.2 millions of transactions per second on my 2.4 GHz Quadcore and my very fast concurrent FIFO queue have scored 12.5 millions of transactions per second, that's 4x times faster. Here is my very fast concurrent FIFO queue: https://sites.google.com/site/aminer68/a-very-fast-concurrent-fifo-queue Thank you, Amine Moulay Ramdane.
