Ok, Rapidshare's policies have changed.  So, I'm trying Filedropper.  I've
not used them previously.  So, I don't know how many downloads they allow.
I did one as a test.  Let me know if you have any problems getting the file.
I'd ask that any other people interested in the files to please wait a few
days so that Charles can get them.  Supposedly, it'll expire in 30 days.
