"The foundations of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)
were officially laid down on 4 April 1949 with the signing of the
North Atlantic Treaty, more popularly known as the Washington
Treaty." -- NATO
And referring to treaties and other documents by the place where they
were signed and/or negotiated seems to be a quite common theme, and
overloading isn't rare either (see e.g. the Vienna Convention on
Diplomatic Relations, the Vienna Convention on Road {Traffic, Signs and
Signals}, ...)

There was a Washington Naval Treaty in 1922. I had no idea what he was talking about and had to look it up. The North Atlantic Treaty was signed in Washington but that doesn't make it the Washington Treaty.

Then you're suffering from memory loss. I suggest you see a specialist. Do you recall places like Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria? I don't think the US invaded Libya; it just destroyed it from the air. fwiw, the last US troops are scheduled to leave Iraq at the end of the month. Hopefully that is done more gracefully than the Afghanistan rout. I almost forgot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_invasion_of_Panama Snatching Maduro probably doesn't count as an invasion. You only remember Grenada because Elizabeth II thought she was the monarch.

Yeah but most psychopaths don't know where all the bodies are buried and could potential run their mouths. Another suicide with failing cameras and sleeping guards might be a bit much though.

MTG, Massie, Carlson, Owens and others wound up on the shit list for asking when Bondi was going to do what she said she was going to do. AIPACs role in getting rid of that Massie and his embarrassing questions was obvious but ?I'm sure it wasn't limited to that. Then the 'right wing' sycophants closed ranks. Nothing to see here folks. When so much political capital was used to bury them there must be some interesting reading.

You know the answer to that. It avoids having to explain that it's
actually because he fucked up totally in Iran

Sad to say I would have supported Trump last election, if I were American. I thought the claims against him were hysterical. I wouldn't be supporting him at the midterms. But who do you support? We have a new party in the UK, Reform. It looks like they might get power. Over the weekend they received 72 million GBP crypto cash, so now I guess they won't be doing anything different to what Labour or Conservative would do if they won. Money talks.

If you have money, you are less likely to be corruptible. Its what we used to call 'fuck off' money Once you have it you can tell people to fuck off. I don't think Nigel or Zia or Richard are there for the money. In the US, nothing is more important than money. Not so much on a personal basis but in the US money wins elections. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Massie#2026_election The Israel lobby considered it 9 million well spent.

Nothing wrong with Jews - a culture that emphasizes excellence and intelligence. Don't bitch - MEASURE UP instead. You're a good computer guy, but your politics begins to worry me. General rule - if it smells of 'extreme' then DUMP it. No truth there only fanatics trying to grub up as much power as possible. As for Trump - there are some people he CAN'T tell to go fuck off ... he's the POTUS, has to calculate the Greater Interest. I'd trust HIM more there than yer typical pro pols.
