Not here (The Netherlands). One main webshop (mediamarkt.nl) has 21
different 24" models (and 27").

It may depend partly on the screen technology as well as the
manufacturer and country. I just bought one of the seemingly last two
Panasonic built, as opposed to merely badged, OLED sets in the UK, and
the smallest screen size for that model range was 42" - almost too big
for my situation, I'd've preferred a 30-something inch screen, but I
particularly wanted that make and model of TV for other reasons, which
included that it's a very good looking screen.
