I had no problems with F17. Now, on F18, I'm using pre-packaged NVIDIA
drivers from rpmfuse for convenience. No problems:

I tried with noveau for a few days, but didn't like it, also experienced
jerky mouse movement and problems when waking up from suspended state. So
far, the original binary driver works well for me, I have no intention to
change anytime soon. As for the tainted kernel, I'm also using VirtualBox,
so tough luck, cannot report any problems with abrt.
