Would you expect to find lotus root, gai choy, and taro? I used to go to 
an Asian market in Tucson that had produce I'd never seen before. No 
produce store can hop to cover all offerings. Be happy that there are 
distros that suit your preferences. 

Distros must be all inclusive sounds like a social justice warrior rant by 
Emperor Stallman, aka King Shit.
