Check your configurations. Are you initially downloading just the message subject? Check the download message config. Single click or double on subject to download message. Or all messages bodies in the thread. I do know that PAN has problems with HTML like from Google Groups, or ANY newsreader that uses HTML. Message body pane displays nothing. That and a couple other things made me switch to XPN. Stef
