I do this regularly when testing the OHCI driver, with programs like this: http://www.alsa-project.org/~clemens/async-test.c > I try to program to make them communicate with each through the OHCI protocal. The OHCI protocol is the interface between the kernel driver and the hardware. Your program would use a library like libraw1394, or the Juju ioctl interface. Regards, Clemens
