'WHOA! Joe Biden Struggles to Speak, Recounts Seeing “Colored Kids” on
the Bus in Disastrous Chicago Speech '

'Joe Biden crawled out of his basement bunker to deliver a speech to the
national conference of Advocates, Counselors and Representatives for the
Disabled in Chicago on Tuesday evening.

Biden railed against the Trump Administration and Elon Musk’s DOGE team
for cutting government waste and fraud.

This is Biden’s first major public speech since leaving office. Last
month Biden delivered remarks at the National High School Model United
Nations (NHSMUN) last week and not one media outlet covered the event.

82-year-old Biden struggled to speak on Tuesday evening and recounted
seeing “colored kids” on the bus back in the day.

“And I’d never seen – uh I’d never seen hardly any black people in
Scranton at the time and I was only going on 4th grade. And I remember
seeing the kids going by at the time called colored kids on a bus going
by,” Biden said.

Biden claimed this “sparked his outrage as a kid” – of course this never
happened.

Joe Biden then began shouting out of nowhere about dignity and Social
Security.

“It’s about dignity. Simple dignity! Everyone! Everyone deserves to be
treated with dignity… regardless of who they are!” Biden shouted.

“Why are they doing this now?” Biden said as he attacked DOGE. “Well,
they’re following that old line from tech startups. The quote is move
fast, break things. They’re certainly breaking things.”

“It’s devastating for millions of people, and the psychological pressure
we put people under by having this debate is absolutely devastating,”
Biden said.

“In 100 days this new administration has done so much damage & so much
destruction. It’s kind of breathtaking it could happen that soon,” Biden
said.
