32-bit Linux Mint is just about the ONLY desktop distro worth using by anyone who values their time.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/linuxmint

___3582 New bugs
___4124 Open bugs
27 In-progress bugs
_0 Critical bugs
_1 High importance bug
_0 Incomplete bugs (can expire)

64-bit Linux Mint, however, is most likely a completely different story.

How well are the Applets doing in 64-bit Linux Mint Cinnamon Edition? LOL - Do not even go there.

Je suis Moi, posted from Mint.
Created his 1st pet Linux distribution, so that it looked and behaved *exactly* the way that he wanted it to, in October 2014, but was wise enough to move on. Sadly, you cannot believe what ANY Linux person is claiming at face value most of the time.

Why are you even wasting your "valuable" time with Linux, anyway?

Which applet is not working? I have a 64-bit Mint 17.2 Cinnamon VM and
I haven't found an applet that doesn't work.

If he has problems with 64-bit Linux and likes 32-bit Linux I bet that he
would love 16-bit Linux.

Maybe someone should suggest to John Gohde to try out 16-bit Linux where
his Applets run the best.

It was with 64-bit Mint 17.0 Cinnamon Edition. Perhaps, owl should install 17.0, straight, and STOP with all the 64-bit lies?
