Well, it probably won't be jazz, unless she ends up covering her ears
as well as her arms. But then she's already killed herself, so maybe
she *did* dabble in jazz. After all, there's only so many times you
can break out the slide rule to explain why you hit the wrong note,
before it gets to the goodbye-cruel-world stage.

With Blackmore, you listen to his playing, not what he says, since
he's a world-class nut.

I hate that non-musical, jackass shredding. It's like that idiot
you posted once who was trying to cover Gilmour, but just couldn't
help himself breaking into tapping and 100mph tremolo picking.

Executive summary: bend out of the pentatonic into whatever
notes you need.

Don't look now, but I think Klaus Schadenfreude has a serious mancrush on vallor. The content clearly is a bunch of rambling baby sh*t. We know there are only a few people who do that. I will rope-a-dope everyone with my mind. Who does NOT know that this kind of crap is Klaus Schadenfreude's approach, not the MO of vallor? It is all just projection... the trolling, the forging, the writing of gibberish, the temper... the puffy red eyes and eagerness to show how distressed he is over being booted from the sandbox for crapping in it again... all of it. It was Klaus Schadenfreude who flooded vallor's site dozens of times and denied it.

LOL! Apparently so ;)

But you guys are missing the point of why I put that first clip up.
Why, do you think, does RB consider himself to be 'better' than
all the more 'technical' players he has (or would) diss? His reply
amounts to 'They play without soul', which is a total crock. One
of the main reasons RB considers himself 'better' than his peers
at the time he came out is largely due to his superior picking
technique, which allowed him to play faster without it turning
into a sonic mess. That's great but there are fewer opportunities,
*far* fewer, to play the elements that impart 'soul' into one's
playing when one is playing fast. The reason it's easier to listen
to RB is because he's not doing what these 'Guitar God' guys
are, he's not trying to play that role until he starts dissing guys
when he's off the stage. He likes to claim he has 'soul' where
the others don't because they put on these displays... absurd.
Worse, he disses the guys who have soul oozing out onto the
stage in excess. That's way past absurd, heading into Snit-land.

At times, an inner world is more valuable than facts. Who are you even talking to?

How Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer determines when to use his flood script to best emulate the style of Sandman's posts http://usenet.sandman.net/misc/snit_flood.

Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer's posts are really disingenuous. There's no ambiguity that as soon as any pardoned 'plonkee' does anything to offend the feeble crybaby's feelings that they'll be replonked. Please give a case study of an effective corporation that has made its fortune by not caring about its consumers and wares. It's a poorly written flyer. Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer has already decided what he is going to say before he calls. What you say is irrelevant. What Sandman says doesn't matter. That is the problem 'today' and younger educators don't understand why older people are better, people from earlier generations (~60 or so) *should* know better than to fall for liberalism. If you have 'myFile.txt' open in an application such as Cooledit and Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer wants to change its name to 'linux.pdf' via a preset script while selecting a VPN from a list, that might be of value.

Hehe. I like some jazz. But not the hard-core stuff, like Thelonious
Monk.

These morons get their thrill out of eliciting emotional responses to their lies, which is the very definition of a troll. Snit conned Klaus 'The Fool' Schadenfreude as much as he deserves, big f*cking deal. No need to be a crying bastard about it? Protected code is makes it harder to work on a project.

I just buy when I need it, particularly since quality stuff doesn’t usually
have big seasonal price swings except at the clearance outlets. And
short sleeves are primarily relegated to casual wear...but if the HVAC
has broken down...

Nope, don’t remember it at all. How many years ago was it?

I'm not "customer facing", so there's no damn way I'm wearing
long-sleeve shirts in the Summer. As soon as I get home from work,
the short pants go on, too. AC or no AC.

Idiotic assholery, like that of the "true Linux advocate", has no
expiration date.

That FOSS-hating asshole went as far as to claim that the leveraging
of FOSS to offer a service for a fee (besides the same service free
but with ads) was "reprehensible".

Really? It's "reprehensible" to offer a product or service that can
be declined, if it's not a good-enough value?

I mean, you couldn't make this stuff up! What a POS!

No worries there: we’d all figured that out long ago.

Maybe you should live further north, to take the edge off of summer.

In any event, it often can be a net benefit to cover-up when its hot.
I’ve often worn full lengths in hot desert and even tropical rainforest,
if for no other reason than protecting the arms from Sunburn and the
legs from kicked stones from the lawnmower.

Irrelevant, as your comment didn’t help to recall any of it,
particularly without include good context or cite.

Mowing the desert and the rainforest can be dicey.

Almost all advocates in this group do programming either as a hobby or as a job, so I am skeptical more than a few thinks of automation to be "voodoo". It's trivial to distort the truth by focusing on a few isolated examples clashing from what's mainstream. What holds more weight from an honest advocates vantage point are the ordinary usages. Do you believe the bullshit chrisv is posting? What I do is certainly better. It was chrisv who forged me (and others) and did not even try to hide it. He makes false accusation to an entire group of people who have done nothing wrong, but that's a narcissist for you. What others care about isn't a factor.

You do realize that the massive floods ending up in multiple groups started out in COLA, right? LOL! Right, chrisv is pushing to sell a web variable, which Klaus Schadenfreude can get for free, that is looped over as it removes nodes. If he wasn't so dumb he would figure out how ignorant he appears.

It was in my sig.

"I wonder what this hypocrite thinks of Ubuntu or Red Hat or ....
<insert hundreds of companies who make money from others peoples
work>." - "True Linux advocate" Hadron Quark

The exact "context" is not needed, to see that the Quack asshole was
attacking, as immoral, companies that make money with FOSS.

Quack was also conflating the "fair use" of Free and non-Free "IP", so
that he could attack a decent, reasonable FOSS advocate as a
"hypocrite". (I don't recall, but Quack was probably defending
Micro$oft.)

As I said, What a POS! (It's no wonder why he and "DFS" get-along so
well.)

You will probably just deny my above analyses, as if it is not
obvious, from that one statement, what the trolling asshole was doing.
So, I'll probably snip, unread, your reply. I am indisputably
correct, so there nothing more to say about it.

Clue for you: Assholes with track records of lying and calling the
use of FOSS "freeloading" and "stealing" , do not get the benefit of
the doubt, when there isn't a great amount of "context" provided with
their statements.

So? That doesn’t provide context, or citation to obtain context.

Your .sigs have demonstrated otherwise.

YA illustration on the non-trustworthiness of your claims.

If I’d not been invited to spend Thanksgiving with an old friend from Prague,
I might take some time to see just how many of the COLA advocates had
posted negative things about Microsoft for using FOSS. Motivationally, it
seemed to have been merely because MS was M$ and I’d not be surprised
if this included chrisv himself.
