And you _do_ realize that it isn't impossible for Klaus Schadenfreude to be doing this, or paying one of his programmer "friends" to do it. You're clueless! And given how regularly it is clear that Klaus Schadenfreude's post is some exaggeration of a narrative DFS posted which had been a beating on Klaus Schadenfreude for something he did which was stupid/false/etc... its truly a common sign of Klaus Schadenfreude's constant distress for having been so often crushed. Now that DFS realized how effective Klaus Schadenfreude is at playing 'victim' he sees this is not nearly as crazy as it was claimed. Real discussion will not be seen once the druggies overindulge. That, and there will forever be a mental midget or more in an unmoderated news group. The current tantrum aside, we have all seen who usually gets enraged when he doesn't get a response. It's a piece of cake to distort the truth by bragging about a few outliers different from what's typical. What matters more from an honest advocates outlook are the non-exceptional operations. The one thing Klaus Schadenfreude learned well is to work to shame DFS into false confession and if that doesn't work, shout him down or completely change the goalpost. -- I Left My Husband & Daughter At Home And THIS happened http://www.5z8.info/open.exe_f2s2ea_nazi http://www.5z8.info/facebook-of-sex_w4l4wg_bomb https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.os.linux/BVpdH5KOc6s Jonas Eklundh Communication AB

Just Wondering wants to punish everyone here: If he can't play here then nobody will. Just Wondering suffers from neurotic nightmares so, to him, everything, even simple comments about tech, are "attacks". Who does not know this? He immediately creates a puppet, starts a trolling thread so he can claim some lie. Hey it was my left hand... and then Steven Carroll replies to his own post with his right hand. Too much glue for you, Steven Carroll. Who *doesn't* know that this kind of codswallop is Steven Carroll's MO, not the modus operandi of Klaus Schadenfreude? It is all just projection... the trolling, the posting with Klaus Schadenfreude's name, the writing of nonsense, the outbursts... the puffy red eyes and willingness to show how butthurt he is over being booted from the schoolyard for pooping in it again... just what Steven Carroll does ;) A shadow of observation, projected spontaneously, at the wrong time. "Over-breeding problem...?" In almost every developed country in the world now, parents are not having enough kids to replace themselves. They call it "sub-replacement fertility." ~~ Many countries in the world are undergoing demographic transition, with fertility rates below replacement level for more than 80 nations, about half of the world’s population. Women are choosing to have fewer children for many reasons related to financial and personal costs as well as uncertainty over good jobs and reliable social protections. Bleak projections warn of declines in populations, accompanied by smaller working-age populations and a larger proportion of elderly dependents. This problem is especially apparent in developed countries, and current immigration levels are not enough to offset the potential repercussions of a smaller working-age population and the economic costs of a larger elderly population. Too many governments ignore the challenge until confronted with costly government programs and a shrinking workforce. Fertility incentives are costly and deliver only modest impact. Demographer Joseph Chamie concludes, “Communities that refuse to adjust will only exacerbate the consequences of these powerful demographic trends.” – Yale Global ~~ https://yaleglobal.yale.edu/content/replacement-fertility-declines-worldwide I've done my part. The trick is coming up > with a solution that might actually work. Socialism is NOT that > solution. Both parties have had decades to see this coming and fix it. And they haven't. The politicians have milked the system for their own worth and even looking at my own party, the Democrats, what have they done for the poor? The Hispanics? The blacks? NOTHING other than promises and lip service. And yet these groups, among others keep voting these hypocrites in. I give Trump credit in that he has reduced black and Hispanic unemployment to all time lows. And while I feel he comes across as a buffoon, he does seem to understand the plight of the lower/middle class. His tax plans favor the ultra rich but at the same time one can't argue with the thriving, mostly, economy. I live in a high tax state and the SALT limitations are going to kill me this year HOWEVER, I get it that for 90 percent of the country, the new tax structure is probably better. My state and other high tax states need to get their act together and stop spending on ridiculous line items. As for socialism, we need to take care of our elderly, we need health care that's affordable for all. We are one of the few nations that dump our elderly in old folks homes hoping they will die soon so they aren't a burden on the family. This is wrong. And it's directly driven by cost. So now there are assisted suicide bills on the docket. Gee, do you think the insurance companies are behind this? Of course they are. It's cheaper to give a person a pill and kill them than pay for health care for the latter years of this person's life. So I do believe socialism works, but SELECTIVE socialism. 1. Take care of our veterans and homeless who are already here before shelling out tax payer money for immigrants. It's tough love but needs to be done. 2. Cut the loopholes in the tax system for the uber wealthy. 3. All the other stuff like manufacturing jobs, coal and clean fossil fuel production, not wasting money on green this and green that ala Solyndra and so forth. Investing in logical green alternatives. Taxing the rich at 70 percent is not the answer.

Too many individuals keep replying to Snit. In truth I don't blame Steven Petruzzellis for being pissed but, in the end, I can not fathom why he posts here with Snit here. Steven Petruzzellis is hoping for dialog as experienced in a formal venue and unmoderated groups are not it. Snit shows this is an insomniac troll writing because some of them are direct responses in very specific ways that underscore they are a response, so not from a computer auto-generator. What were you betting on? Ending support for Linux is what it comes down to. After Steven Petruzzellis's update I no longer have to issue 'amixer set Master 50%' every time I login ;) - E-commerce Simplified!! https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.os.linux.advocacy/tzMH39QmAmU https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100012978552519 Jonas Eklundh Communication

You know, I don't want to be cruel here, but when most Asians come to America, poor and destitute, they somehow work their way out of it and often become very successful. I think that's because 1) They help each other and 2) They don't sit on their butts whining and waiting for the government to give them handouts. Do you think the Italians came to America rich? The Irish? These were hated minorities at one time also and they worked their way out of the ghettos. Worked, being the key word here. I realize that things are different now, yet Asians still prosper. But a big difference is that minorities are being taught (from the "charitable" organizations) how to take advantage of the American welfare system. You're never going to be successful (or happy) if you subsist on government handouts. > I give Trump credit in that he has reduced black and Hispanic > unemployment to all time lows. And while I feel he comes across as a > buffoon, he does seem to understand the plight of the lower/middle class. If Trump could learn to shut and let his actions speak for him and ween himself away from Twitter, I think he could be a lot more successful. He also has to develop a thicker skin and learn to ignore juvenile insults. > His tax plans favor the ultra rich but at the same time one can't argue > with the thriving, mostly, economy. Like every other president we've had in my lifetime. > I live in a high tax state and the SALT limitations are going to kill me > this year HOWEVER, I get it that for 90 percent of the country, the new > tax structure is probably better. No offense, but who is "we?" My grandmother did not want to go a nursing home and we (especially my brother) took in her in. She passed away at 103 in his house. It's not the government's job to take on family responsibilities. One of OUR responsibilities is to take care of our aged parents or grandparents. I wouldn't wish a nursing home (dying factory) on anybody. I hate those places. > So I do believe socialism works, but SELECTIVE socialism. As for health care ... there is no reason for it to be as expensive as it is. When I was young there were no for-profit hospitals. They were all run by municipalities or religious groups. Health insurance was a new thing. The drug companies didn't think they had to retire on every bottle of pills they sold. That said, things have changed. The "for-profit" mentality has turned health insurance companies into lawyer mills, where they take huge chunks of money and pay their lawyers to figure how NOT to pay for their client's medical bills. Big Pharma charges many times the going rate of pills in other countries for the suckers in the U.S. (Which is why they had to make buying drugs from out of the country illegal, they wanted a captive audience.) So, if we are going to be force to pay for health insurance (which is not health care, as the poor people who are forced to buy, can't use it because of the high co-pays and deductibles), then we might as well cut out the health insurance middle man. Why should these leeches stand between the hospital patient and the hospital? If we're going to be forced to pay a chunk of our paycheck for health care (even though that's unconstitutional) then why not send it directly to a fund to directly pay the hospitals? And the drug companies need to be stopped from gouging their customers. Every time someone mentions this, they claim they need their insane profits to "fund research" — which basically means they have to be able to change the formula of their high-profit drugs just enough so they can re-patent them again so they can cut out generic versions of the medicine. Once you cut out the health insurance companies and force the drug companies to charge reasonable prices (regulate them like a utility) then hospitals could drastically lower their prices. When I had insurance, I got bills from the hospital, $470 for blood test (which is what I would have had to pay), the payout to the hospital (via health insurance) was $70. In the local clinic the same blood test costs $30 (if I bought it) and the insurance company reimburses the clinic $6. Now that I'm not insured, I pay $24 (no health insurance discount) so the clinic makes four times as much for my direct pay (at what I consider a reasonable rate) then they would if I had insurance. And they don't have to any expensive paperwork. Health insurance is a total racket, which is why I was so ticked at Obama's forced "affordable" health care bullshit. No wonder some doctors are starting reject insurance. It's a no-win for them and their patients. So if you call this "selective socialism" I guess with you here. > 1. Take care of our veterans and homeless who are already here before > shelling out tax payer money for immigrants. > It's tough love but needs to be done. Didn't get me started on Veterans' Hospitals. You wouldn't have to tax the rich 70 percent if you cut out a lot of "un-mandated" welfare programs and insane military spending. Why do we think we have to police the world?
