This guy is obsessed with the idea that Windows, just one of the many tools
that people use, is responsible for "everyone's" success.
Windows is a tool. Just like DFS [1].
[1] Who apparently doesn't have a lot of "Windows work", since he spends
an awful lot of time stalking posters and compiling quotes and
assembling them into "incriminating" compendiums aimed at embarrassing
the OP, and lately an awful lot of time floating "lessons" about some
aspect of programming. Maybe he's trolling for answers to his homework
problems. Or maybe he's got a new contract from a customer and needs
some help figuring out how to fulfill the contract.
