My religious education as a kid was Catholic and all my friends were in some mainstream Protestant church. In the small town where I grew up you were either Catholic or Dutch Reformed. My mother and my maternal uncle's family were the latter. When all that rapture, dispensationalism, Zionism and so forth started to become a focus I had no idea where it all came from. At least back then the Catholics had a pretty good idea of who killed Christ.

And now, unfortunately, they participate in Seder meals (even some have "Christian versions" of the Seder meal) and they water down the prayer for the "perfidious Jews." There is nothing Biblical the Seder meal and the Jews of the time accepted responsibility for shedding Christ's blood. "Let it be on our hands." If Jews accepted the blame for Jesus's crucifixion, they shouldn't be surprised that the whole world is turning against them today.
