Just reading the Subject, I figured it was a DFS post.

I wonder if his spouse sprinkles tiger hairs into the Indian dishes.

Ironically we had chicken masala with peas and rice.

Everything except the rice was homemade.  It was all really good.

For desert: homemade panna cotta with a blueberry sauce.  First time I 
had panna cotta.  It was perfect: light texture, not too sweet... 
incredible.

My wife swears by America's Test Kitchen recipes.  And I second that!

For the Georgia-Notre Dame game tonight, it's sweet chili garlic wings. 
After that it's back on my diet until I hit 200, which will take a few 
weeks at least.

There is a nice photo that looks remarkably like what I just ate. 

I streamline the process by putting the hocks, sauerkraut, juniper 
berries, and cloves in a dutch oven and throwing it in the over for a few 
hours. I could only find frozen hocks but that worked out.

When I go ethnic, I go for MY ethnic, not a H-1B substitute.
