#365355 — Past Linux "advocate" John Bailo is dead

FromDFS <nospam@dfs.com>

SubjectPast Linux "advocate" John Bailo is dead
Message-ID<nooa6i$3o2$5@dont-email.me>
Anyone remember Bailo? He was on cola thru fall 2007.

Apparently he died Christmas day 2015, aged 55, of an "acute medical
condition". Does that mean heart attack?

https://www.facebook.com/john.bailo

He was an "advocate" because, as is the case with many cola regs, he had
a job as a Windows developer the entire time he was on cola trying to
advocate Linux.

I remember Bailo most for his delusional endorsement of Rex Ballard as
"a great man".

RIP Jabba (my nickname for him).

I remember him.
That's sad :(
He was a little nutty but usually quite funny.

Troll drama.

Did the bus driver drive over the same spot several times
before making this announcement? I think not.

Apparently flatfsck also died in similar accident
but the driver forgot to check.

Well unfortunately it wasn't shit. From what I've seen of replies to the
troll, that's still prevalent in his posts.

"acute medical condition" at age 55??? Hmn, I am bit older, actually a lot older. Moi has taken boat loads of vitamin D-3 for a good 5-years. Everybody, including DooFuS, has complete control over their health.

No insane amusement park rides for Moi, either.

Will DooFuS be the NEXT COLA Putz to bite the big one?

nah. There are lots of genetic factors that can't be overcome.

You're predisposed to toothlessness and alcoholism and stupidity - all
of which have already significantly shortened your life.

Now you're poisoning yourself with Vit D. There goes another few years.

The big day is coming soon, GodHesDoomed.

The Golden Eagle's legs (late 70s - mid 80s) rule; even by today's
standards his thighs are massive and awesomely developed.

Best in history, in my opinion.

Those legs required some serious hGH injections. VitD3 or any other steroid hormone cannot grow them...

want none).

Nice try, but it's too late to unring that mancrush bell.

    "Massive and awesomely developed."
"Best in history, in my opinion."

LOL!

Absolutely. You gotta love a small, grinning blonde man with 35" thighs
that can squat 500lbs 23x.

Unashamedly 'mirin his wheels, you can add to that:

* things of beauty
* wish I could see them in real life

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=458054

I was lucky to see the awesome Dorian Yates at the '95 Mr. Olympia
prejudging. Dude was packing the back of a beast, and tremendous
calves. Other world-class physiques were there, too: Nasser El Sonbaty
(died young like a lot of druggie bbers), Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone, Ron
Coleman, etc.

It's a sick subculture, though. It was cool in the 70s when they had
fewer and weaker drugs, but nowadays they use growth hormone, steroids,
insulin, testosterone, diuretics, even inject an oily substance called
Synthol to fill out weak areas...

It's insane.

https://www.t-nation.com/pharma/steroids-what-pro-bodybuilders-are-really-using

16-Week Sample Cycle: Moderate to High Dosage

This is an example of a common pro-bodybuilder cycle. It's something
I've done before and I do not recommend this for anyone!

1-10 Testosterone Enanthate, 750mg a week (1000-1200mg advanced)
1-10 EQ, 800mg a week (1000mg advanced)
1-10 Tren E, 600mg/week (800mg advanced)
1-8  D-Bol, 50mg every day (up to 100mg advanced)
10-16 100mg Testosterone prop EOD (100mg ED advanced)
10-16 100mg Trenbolone Acetate EOD (75-100mg ED advanced)
10-16 100mg Masteron propionate EOD (100mg ED advanced)
10-16 50mg Winstrol or Anavar ED (sometime I do both)
8-16 Start T3 at 25mcg ED and taper up as needed.
12-16 Halotestin, start at 20mg ED and increase by 10mg every week (not
a good choice for those who aren't mentally strong.)

Pharmaceutical GH 6-12 IU ED for the whole cycle (If people can afford
more then the sky is the limit. I know guys who've gone up to 30 IU but
this is rare.)

Insulin For advanced lifters only! 5-10 IU pre-workout followed by
drinking Plazma™ right away. This is a moderate dosage, a lot of guys
are using much more.

When to cut insulin is very individual and depends on conditioning,
water retention and the amount of carbs the bodybuilder is eating. It
could be run straight through or cut out in the weeks prior to the show
and possibly reintroduced later on.

Clenbuterol is on option starting at 6-8 weeks out. Most start low,
20-40mcg.

========================================================================

A low-testosterone manlet like you could probably use a little boost of
T each week...
