That is over half, of course, but to me that doesn't look like it's rigged. I'd also like to know what you mean by "8% for student needs" (as mentioned in another post)? If you mean special education (classes, supplies and equipment, class-room assistants and care-givers, etc) that's pretty good. Very high, compared to other jurisdictions. I also did statistical studies on process variables to determine their effect on equipment settings. Sorry, I should have made that clear. Surprised you don't. If you include pensions, that's a problem, because it seems in the USA public pension plans have been grossly underfunded for years, and badly managed, too. Here, we teachers pay into our pension plan. When I retired, I was paying 9.1% of gross into the pension plan. Now, teachers pay almost 13%. The Provincial Government in theory pays in an equal amount, in the form of bonds. However, except for two years in the 1970s when we had that oil crisis, the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan payouts have been entirely funded by teacher contributions an earned investment income. It's of the best-managed pension plans in the world, and worth many billions of dollars. The reason for the increasing teacher contributions to the plan is to prevent the government from actually having to cash in the bonds to pay pensions. Sweet deal for the taxpayer, eh? And where is "here" exactly? BTW, nice to know you did stats analysis. That explains your snarky comment about Lesotho. :-) However: while GDP fractions fail as comparators of actual spending between countries with vastly different GDP/person, they are fairly good guides to national priorities. You may find that the GDP number is often misleading. As a percent of gub'met spending, Lesotho is at 7-9% for education. How much that is allocated is not always how much that is spent. > Best, > Back at ya -- Do not write below this line ____________________________

Facts about Steve "Steven Petruzzellis" Carroll
Steve "Steven Petruzzellis" Carroll is a nearly 60 year old guy who is single, broke and has no skills. He blames Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer for his loss of his wife and girlfriend. Steven is jealous of what Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer has and in a narcissistic rage repeatedly works to take it away from him. For over 10 years he has failed at even this. Steve "Steven Petruzzellis" Carroll is an utter failure in life.
Of his online life Steven says
I've been booted off by past providers before because people
complain about me and all my bullshit. I don't want to lose my ISP
*again* but I still need my army of sock puppets so I continually
search usenet for whatever servers I haven't yet been booted
from.
Some examples where Steven has been booted
X10 Hosting booted Steven for inappropriate activity
http://tinyurl.com/z92qmz4
Comcast booted Steven for inappropriate activity
http://tinyurl.com/h75nh9l
FreeHostingEU booted Steven for copyright infringement http://devsite.eu.pn
AwardSpace (atwebpages.com) booted Steven for breaking terms of service
http://demsites.atwebpages.com/pokeman
Imgur took down an image for breaking terms of service http://imgur.com/yv2XppE
Had a GigaNews account which was removed for harassing Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer
Stopped posting from his fretwizzen Google account since shortly after I complained. Seems he lost that too.
His wife booted Steven to the curb for cheating on her
Only site Steven Petruzzellis has pointed to that has ever been available
http://web.archive.org/web/20161019062351/http://www.oldneighborhoodrestaurant.net/
https://goo.gl/DMno6J
Made by the Go Daddy Website builder and is utter crap. Later he denied he said he was merely taking credit for someone else's work but Steven is the contact person http://tinyurl.com/hcw6dul
http://web.archive.org/web/20161202192456/http://www.reservationdiary.eu/eng/reservation/d76d1156-e9f7-43c1-b77b-b07189857820
He also bragged he was working on an update and showed it here https://vid.me/u6RK
The business still failed.
He likely went to the Go Daddy Website Builder after he failed to get WordPress installed.
https://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic/13879
This is why Steve "Steven Petruzzellis" Carroll attacks Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer.
Steven Petruzzellis was is divorced because his wife caught him screwing another woman.
Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer is married and by all appearances happily so.
He never complains about his wife in COLA.
Steven Petruzzellis is living on charity of a friend in a single room.
Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer does not live in a mansion or even a high end home but has a house and a yard.
Steven Petruzzellis has two kids but no respect. He repeatedly called Ryan his "little screwup" and refers to his son Steve as a "dick" and worse. He says at least one of them likely hacked his computer and is a "mentally deficient child." He mocks his possible future daughter-in-law as someone who takes too many selfies and is focused only on herself
Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer has two kids (or more) and never speaks poorly of them in public.
No reason to think they are not a happy family.
Steven Petruzzellis claims to be a stay at home dad who pays thousands of dollars for day care. Steven has no job and no purpose in life. Steven has given up and now seeks a mother-figure to date.
Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer has his own business doing technical work and also teaches.
Doomsdrzej aka Sliver Slimer offers a true contribution to society.
Teachers are truly under appreciated.

What do you get out of lying? Snit is the product of the reality that humanists have been employed to be in charge of instructing young persons. It's not a coincidence that he is a foolish leftist. Snit doesn't have any concept of what he is sobbing about. Time to end this. Over and over, the claim is he wants to "talk tech", but the guy spends most of his time whining about "obsession". - "You'll notice how quickly he loses interest when everything is about him. He clearly wants the attention" Steve Carroll, making the dumbest comment ever uttered.

Over the years, I've seen the unions here strike three times I believe (been teaching for fifteen years) and I have yet to see any improvement of our conditions other than reduced-size classes. Of course, that only happened in the French system I used to be a part of; in the English system, the classes are still rather large. Of course, it's not a big deal because English students are so much better behaved than the filth I used to have to deal with in the French system. In terms of salary though, the maximum salary hasn't moved much and in a while and in terms of insurance, we get decent life insurance but absolutely nothing else. That's why so many teachers have such awful teeth. Lucky for me, my wife's insurance pays for everything. But that's not the worst we have to deal with. You always have a chance that you'll end up with some aggressive gorilla like this one: <https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1177874485696885&id=100004230346811> The worst part, for me, is the fact that the teacher takes it and is apologetic about what just happened. That's what the socialist education system does to teachers: it attempts to make us incredibly passive to keep our job. It didn't work for me (which is why I never had severe discipline issues from students), but the women often become marshmallows who let all sorts of garbage happen in their classes. If there's anything teachers should strike about, it's the fact that these kids do whatever they want, including punching a teacher, and don't get arrested. -- SilverSlimer Minds: @silverslimer

Yeah, I'm with you on the kids behaviour. I don't think salaries are too bad, from what I've looked at, for a job that gives you the summer off. Except that you're not paid for the summer. The way that it works, at least here in Quebec, is that a part of every one of your paychecks is taken away over the year to pay for those two months. Essentially, you're paying for your own two months off. The problem with that is that in every province outside of Quebec, the tax rate is lower so you're still paying for your summer, but you still get a better amount during the work year. > Teachers should receive good health/dental/vision insurance. > I had always imagined that they did. I think they're only getting better with psychologists because they're noticed that a lot of teachers eventually break down and needs meds for depression or something similar. We also get decent life insurance, but the rest is trash. Like I said, a lot of really bad teeth with teachers. -- SilverSlimer Minds: @silverslimer

My view: Even if you were barely researching for the sake of learning, the feeling that acquiring intelligence as being one of having "NOTHING" to show for it doesn't work for me because you'll plainly have the an education to show for it and intelligence is beyond The Script-Troller. That is the problem with millennials and uneducated pupils don't care at all; people from smarter generations (~60 years old) SHOULD know better than to fall for communism. Thus, my unedited statement stands true and correct. The Script-Troller should grasp everyone knows he is just lying. I'm well aware the junk I link to from COLA is total dabbler level. That said, it meets the requirements. The Script-Troller is just thrilled that Desk Rabbit is on the other end. Imagine if The Script-Troller walked up to a chimpanzee and delivered the punch line. It wouldn't be worth it. -- This broke the Internet http://www.5z8.info/how-to-build-a-bomb_o8n9lg_racist-raps Jonas Eklundh

Of course, I think _everyone_ should be paid well, and I think the economy benefits from a well-paid work-force, and not by the 1% 'ers that live in la-la land. -- Do not write below this line ____________________________
