Why not?
At least he makes sense and is somewhat interesting and lives in the
present instead of 30 years ago.
Unlike the insanely boring, massive box of bolts solutions that look like
throwbacks from the 80's you post.
That SC spreadsheet thread you droned on about is as funny as Fabian and
his attempt at a cli text based spreadsheet.

By contrast your posts typically remind me of how thankful I am that
computers have moved out of the 1980's.

And even then if they work for him that is great. I admire Owl's tech
skills... but he clearly has issues understanding the human side of the
equation.

If I recall correctly, Owl got obsessed about his spreadsheet when I
showed Numbers doing things he could not easily replicate. :)

Of course, when it comes to even moderate number crunching needs,
Numbers is (perhaps ironically given the name) a HORRIBLE solution.

Yes.
My focus is on completing the task, quickly, accurately and easily.
Owl seems to focus on obfuscating the task with 10 different programs each
of dubious quality.

That's how I read it.

Owl's alternative is hilarious though.

My favorite was when he wanted to avoid selecting colors directly, so he
made hundreds (maybe thousands) of files which were basically the same
OTHER than what color they specified... and then hand-picked those.

His stated goal (not quoting) was to have his terminal windows match his
background. Now assuming you want to do this (which is really rather
odd) he had to limit his desktop options to some preset selection. I
have NO desire to do this, but took him up on his challenge:

<https://youtu.be/GNx7ywT75fg>

Maybe even better was his attempt to change the name of a file that was
open:

<https://youtu.be/W15g0TwA_E0>

His method risked losing data... repeatedly. :)

They are both spreadsheets but very different beasts. And that is OK.

There are places it can work well... though with most of those Excel
works well, too. I do think he showed sc as being faster for some
things... maybe not.

LOL! Keep in mind Owl *claimed* to KF me because I responded to one of
Carroll's posts.

So now he is saying he is going to KF you for responding to me, and me
because I responded to Carroll... but HE also responds to Carroll.

Makes perfect sense on his part. LOL!

When I first started reading owl's posts I thought he was a troll screwing
around with all this cli crap, awful looking desktop screenshots and so
forth.
When I finally figured out that he is serious I started laughing
hysterically and I haven't stopped laughing since.

Owl could be the defacto poster child for why Windows and Mac users make
fun of Linux users.
He is living in the 1980s.
Good for him.
Good for me because he is funny.

He used to repeatedly speak of autism... mostly blaming others but I
suspect he is "on the spectrum" -- and that is fine. Not putting him

Owl and DFS write code, and I'm into that,
but I use my custom built C++ console (  Jeff-Relf.Me/X.HTM )
where they'd use scripts.

My "console" is capable of a complex graphics, by the way,
including Direct2D. Direct2D is _ better than PostScript.

You are another Linux oddball, a freak in fact.

My point of view: Even if he was simply stealing classes from colleges, the idea that attaining an education as being one of having "NOTHING" to show for it does not make any sense because you will obviously have the proficiency to show for it and wisdom is a dangerous weapon.

"Missed it by that much" said Sandman's husband.

I think the point is not really to get Steven Petruzzellis to listen to him. The point is likely to piss me off for flooding outside groups he knows I frequent. The Mac has more consistent hot keys. Which just pisses Sandman off.

All that Ronb cares about is that Ronb gets to express his poorly written flyer and then hang up and giggle about it. The fact that Sandman is an innocent patsy on the other end of the phone is what gets him off.

He would have to be suffering from mental illness to be unsure of if he "never had" designed Unity. Gee, who could it be? When someone can not remember his past claims and makes use of false, face saving garbage later, it's very clear what his trick is.

It's a spam message. Ronb has already decided what he is going to say before he calls. What you say just a reaction. What Sandman says does not matter. I bet Ronb thinks your life was worse than Sandman's. Ronb asked to be rated according to objective trolling criteria, which I obliged him with.

Ronb is trying ("very" hard) to project their crap onto Sandman. For as long as I can remember Ronb has encouraged the idea that Sandman needs 'witnesses' to point out all his poor behavior. The fact is that no one needs any evidence to do that. So Ronb pulls this laughable blaming garbage in a feeble attempt to 'boost' the idea that Sandman is like he is. It was Ronb who flooded Sandman's site hundreds of thousands of times and refused to admit it.

I bet The Script Troller thinks your life was perfect. Linux is a false advocate's hero.

Nobody gets it, only Flatfish gets it.

The Script Troller can't get anything else to work, either.

You guys can only rationalize from the perspective of a psychopath. I am fanboi of GNU/Linux, because that's where all the compelling modernization is happening.

Killfile me if you wish. I don't care.
I won't killfile you because I need a good laugh and you certainly provide
some first class comedy with your posts.

When he is showing off his knowledge he also can educate... which does
not mean you are wrong about how he can be unintentionally funny. :)

Personal attacks from those who troll show their own insecurity. They
cannot use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel
somehow superior by attacking the messenger.

They cling to their attacks and ignore the message time and time again.

I can tell from how Desk 'Super Troll' Rabbit complained - by asking for fundamentals of the Cooledit and so forth - he has certainly not figured out a data-intensive program before. If he had he would've understood the requirements which include publishing the source!

Who does NOT know that this kind of poppycock is Desk 'Super Troll' Rabbit's approach, not the modus operandi of Klaus Schadenfreude? It's all just nonsense... the flooding, the forging, the writing of incomprehensible idiocy, the temper... the puffy red eyes and tendency to show how butthurt he is over being booted from the playground for crapping in it again... just what Desk 'Super Troll' Rabbit does.

Proof Sandman accuses everyone of being Snit http://sandman.net/files/snit_circus.png. He would have to be afflicted with dementia to be unsure of if he "never had" developed Cooledit with Klaus Schadenfreude. Gee, who could it be? When Desk 'Super Troll' Rabbit can not remember his past claims and employs false, self-esteem protecting hooey later, it's extremely clear what his ploy is. Asking Desk 'Super Troll' Rabbit to atone, as fruitless as it is, is distinct from quoting his deceptions. My point was that advocates post here in order to assail aberrant behavior. It's not like we all do not know what this forum is, Klaus Schadenfreude especially. Time to blame the cult-like herd of convenient friends!

What is your evidence?
