Took you mere seconds to respond to my post with all that... but you
insist "There is no bot".

Do you think ANYONE believes you? Anyone at all?

Why, after your having forged my name since as early as 2004, are you
pretending that the idea of forgery isn't at all plausible? This actually
makes sense to you?

Everyone has quoted you... to your repeated, dishonest denials.

I'm getting false positives in my kill filter. I'm guessing the troll is proving the advocates right again. My killfiles have him/her/it completely shut out.

Klaus Schadenfreude is far too idiotic to write a useful script. The only scripting he's able to do is simple stuff I did years ago.

Can you get over it? It is clear from the way Klaus Schadenfreude complained - by demanding basics of the OS and the like - he has certainly not handled a resource demanding problem before. If he had he'd have understood the requirements of using real vs. integer types!

My view is beyond your understanding.

You notice what you cannot quote... whatever that means. Meanwhile it is
TRIVIAL to quote you and your "friends" making claims about my personal

Well, given your constant misattribution of posts as coming from Carroll,
I wouldn't doubt that you have misattributed this post, too.

So if you could favor us with the Message-ID for our inspection, that
would be much appreciated.

So why not answer the question? What type idiot posts things like
that... about his own life! Of course, I am betting you are making up
99% of that and it is done just to entice others to use that info and
NOT look up real info on you. You look up my info and you fear others
doing it to you.

At least I hope so. If that is your family's REAL info then you are
getting worse. And, no, I am NOT asking you if it is accurate. I just
hope it is not.

> So why not answer the question?

We all know the answer...

-
I always carry a couple doses of lorazapam on a little water proof container
on my keychain.  Works great.  There have been a few times I have forgotten
to refill it, but for the most part it does the trick.
I take my meds as needed; sometimes 2 -3 x a day, other times I go weeks or
even months without'm.
-
Before the Paxil I was taking 1/2 of a 1/2 mg tablet a day, more if needed
(generally not).  Today I took a full 1/2 mg tablet - when I felt the
attacks coming on, I took ANOTHER 1/2 mg, so for me, a lot (1 mg, or 4 X my
normal amount.)
I think tomorrow I will take 1 to start out with, and at the first signs of
going downhill take another mg AND a break... There just isn't much of a
relaxing place where I work (I teach at a high school).
-
I woke up this morning and took a "full" .5 mg tablet (instead of my
normal 1/2).  Still felt poorly, so now I have taken another .5.  I do
have some full mg tablets, too, though I generally never touch them.
I will take your advice and take'm as needed.  I am even arranging to
not go to work for the next couple of days - so if I am a bit sedated
so be it.  The sleep might do me some good :) I just hate the idea of
taking meds to reduce the effects of other meds.  This is just
temporary, right?  Grrrrrrr....
Would eating a banana or sniffing a flower make it all go away?
-
Seriously, I get to the point where I can not talk at all without great
effort.  Scary stuff, but for now I have always bounced back.
-
I have now been on Lexipro for four days... So far so good... Or at least
not too bad.
I have had headaches, which I did not have much before, but they already
seem to be reducing.  I do have trouble sleeping, mostly from
palpitations.... The massive attacks are gone, but those are still with me.
Have been taking lorazapam as needed... Which is not a lot, 1/2 of a .5 mg
tablet 1 or 2 times daily.
I also have a lot of chest tightness... Anyone else go through this.  I had
this before the Lexipro.
Have been able to not go to work this week - that has helped.  Will prob go
Wed or Thu, but will take it easy.
--
Hmmm, hope it works for me... I jumped up to a full 10 mg... Maybe too fast.
Took my first 10 mg tablet with dinner last night - could not sleep, had
palpitations.  Finally fell asleep after taking double my normal dose of
lorazapam (still just .5 mg), and slept OK.  Woke to an attack, and have
been touch and go all day.  Was able to get a little work done around the
house and a bit of pleasure reading.
Did not help that I got an e-mail from my boss telling me that I am out of
sick days.. On days it has been optional for me to be at work and I have not
been there, he has been counting those against my sick leave.   I work
multiple part time jobs, and sometimes they have meetings at the same time.
Both jobs know and both jobs have agreed that I need to work around my other
job at times.  Yet it now counts against me.  WHAT?  When I feel better I
will have to have a little talk with him.
--
have similar experiences.  When I am having anxiety from
an external source, I accpet it very well - I would say
better than most.  That makes sense to me... all of us with
anxiety disordrs have had to learn to deal with anxiety very
well.  When there is no apparent reason - ah, that is the
time it really hurts.
--
Of course we get along.  Everyone likes me.  :)  Ok... maybe
you hated my big ego.  Good to be back anyway.
Snit
--
Today I had a discussion with a good friend over what I am going through.
His opinion was that he had also dealt with fear (in his case a fear of
heights) and that he was able to push through it by putting himself in
situations where he was high up (on bridges, for example) and just
visualizing walking across.
I was at a loss to explain what an attack is or how it is different.  I am
somewhat hurt by the suggestion that my disability is just a character flaw
or mental weakness.  How would others have responded.
-
Well, seem to be doing better - if nothing else I am now spelling it as
LexApro and not LexIpro, in other words my spelling now matches the
packaging.  :)
I am shaky, a bit sweaty, and still feel some free floating anxiety, but am
much better than yesterday morning.  Last night I actually fell asleep
fairly easily.  My biggest problem was probably the fear of having a repeat
of the night before.  I am definitely taking the whole week off of work -
something one of my jobs is very unhappy with.  Oh well... If they think
they can do better without me altogether they can fire me.

Are you reading the same group as the rest of us?
Mr. Carroll in no way is blaming you for his posts where his posts = his
real posts done by fretwizzer.

What you are doing snit is quoting the fretwizzen, frelwizzen BOT which
is YOUR bot and hoping others will not notice.
That is dishonest and certainly not honorable.
But we know that already via the snitlist which exposes a good number of
your deceptive trickery.

I'm am SO tired of hearing about "Snit" vs. Steve Carroll. I don't give a
shit, they both like seem like obsessive cranks. Why don't they just get a
room and leave the rest of us alone? At the very least they could air out
their dirty laundry somehere else.
