He's not the one running around challenging everyone; you are. I could
just as easily challenge you with shell script I wrote and ask you to do
the same better and watch you crash and burn like the chump you are.

technically speaking it kicks yours in the ass. All you did was script a

As I already said, I would have used After Effects for something like
that. Anything which can use a keyframe over time should do fine. It's
just a question of how much time you want to waste making it pretty.

Personally, I don't buy that it is for a client at all. If it is then
you got lucky because you don't actually know how to do these things.
Recording the whole screen and you happened to have an app that looks
appealing so you don't have to actually do any real work. What luck.

What owl did was pull from skill. Big difference.

LOL. So this is the simple After Effects key framing I spoke of. Running
on my Dell which really does run Windows and really does use the Adobe
suite as I mentioned so many times.

After Effects is an app I used a long long time ago. I mentioned that
already. And I still use Adobe apps even now, also already mentioned.

I'm sure Blender would do just fine, but I'm not at all familiar with
Blender. And as I also said, I didn't get into Linux to make videos. But
whole movies have been made with Blender. Obviously it can be done.

> Why? Is Linux not capable enough for you to be able to handle even easy

Ah, Snit caught lying... That was easier than I thought. Linux has
software which can handle such things, but by all means, please keep
denying it and make yourself an even bigger fool than you already are.

So my dropbox link above is After Effects, both a screen shot of the
keyframe and a video from After Effects doing the simple keyframe over
time I spoke of. LOL.

So much for cannot theory.

No matter what amount: It was still a rip-off

And naturally the lying imbecile is doing his usual job again. He lies

I used to use the whole creative suite and Apple's pro apps up until
about 2004 I'd say. Now I just use illustrator and photoshop mostly for
two purposes. Illustrator to create templates. Photoshop to check in the
art others create using the template. I don't really do this stuff
anymore. I used to do pretty good work in this area but I lost my desire
a long time ago. As I said long before this thread I don't even want
Adobe's apps. I didn't get into Linux to do these stupid things you're
prancing on about. Now that doesn't mean I forgot how shit got done all
together. I still know enough to know what you showed and how you did it
was luck. What I showed in terms of keyframes is right on. That's how
someone would actually create something. They'd just spend more time on
it and make it look better. But the point of what I showed was that I
would have used After Effects. I made something once that looked like
Apple's Motion app logo and I made it spin like a gyroscope. I used to
be able to make water look like water. So what you're showing is chump
bullshit. I think we both know it and you're just kidding yourself.

I very much doubt there is a client. Most likely it's just you screwing
around in your spare time, which is all of your time, and coming up with
crap you think looks visually nice and then parading it around here to
see if someone will attempt to do it on Linux better. But most likely
everyone here got into Linux for other reasons. And again, I think you
know this.

Now the stuff we do see you doing, like your web pages, come on be
honest, they're shit. You can't seriously tell me you're skills are on
par with today's web design.

The method you used for your little creation, it's not exactly one that
demonstrates any real skill. You didn't draw the spread sheet. You
didn't draw the bars. In my simple example, I made everything. The color
changing, the crappy bar, etc. I'm not using Excel as a back drop
because it might look nice. I could have... That way you couldn't
complain about the look of the numbers. I didn't because the point was
to show you that keyframing is the method I would have used had I been
asked to do what you were showing off.

See you're not the one responsible for the whole look. What if the
client rejected the look of Apple's Numbers app? What if they wanted
something entirely different looking? See I think you're a choker. Owl
did the work. I did the work. You captured the whole screen of an
existing app and let Apple script a mouse click for you. Dude, no matter
how you slice it what you did is lame. Yes, I'll give you the prop it
looks nice. But you didn't create that look. So you can't take credit
for that. And that's really the bottom line. You didn't work for it. You
got lucky that the client liked what you were "able" to put together
with no real skills. That's nothing to be proud of Snit.

Now, you go on lying to yourself if you like. I'm not so far out of the
creative scene to not recognize bullshit when I see it.

When we ask you do real work, like a script, which you first said you
could do. I never challenged you to write a script until you first said
you could. You choked. When Peter challenged you for NFS, you choked
again. Time and time again you show you don't really know jack shit. I
have yet to see anything from you at all that demonstrates a real skill.

The above is another of the thing's favorite things to do - take what
we say about it and say it about us. I wrote yesterday that it *lied*
to get a response, so it pulls this lame IKYABWAI.

He's knows he's worthless. He can lie to himself all day long for all I
care. But he knows he doesn't have any skill. He's never shown any skill
at all. Just another Mac wannabe.

Nope, it's a usenet group not a forum. And no, it's not about me or
my ego. If that were true I'd be posting about everything I do and
waiting for kudos to roll in. Not surprisingly though that's what
you're doing. You're the one who posts really retarded crap and begs
for everyone else to do the same. I guess that's a classic example of
your projection tendencies.

My objective was to show keyframing in After Effects as a method for doing
what you did and I accomplished that task in spades. You can clearly
see what I am saying is correct. Your being in denial won't help your
situation. So much for your clueless accusation that I cannot even begin
to do what I said, which is yet another self-nuke on your part.

What do *you* actually do Michael? Anyone can take a screen shot of
someone else's designed software. Did you make the bars? No. The
background? No. The entire look and feel is straight up Apple's. All you
did was record the screen... You don't own that creative process. Even
you have to know what I am saying is correct. Keep lying to yourself
Snit, maybe you'll believe it, eh?

Why not address the rest of the 'criteria' that this 'client' hand for this ever-growing 'project'? LOL!
