Its name is "Finder.app" It has Resources like any other normal app, Info.plist, PkgInfo, version.plist You name it. A totally normal application, not a intrinsic "part of Cocoa". It could be replaced by another application as well. Which would be a good thing, given how extremely shitty Finder is
