She took a picture of a book on the floor but forgot to get her dainty lilac sneakers out of the picture. :-))

There are a lot of interviews with him and he essentially says the same things in each one. So I don't know what you would have gained from face time with him. I would very highly recommend reading the book, Hackers: Heros of the Computer Revolution. It's on Audible and Downpour. Downpoor is a completely DRM free by the way. I think it will give you a sense of the culture where RMS came from. -- Marek Novotny https://github.com/marek-novotny

But that which you feeble mind fails to understand is that GNU/Linux is far more than just another OS. GNU/Linux is a movement, a philosophy, a new beginning, and a new way. It is, in essence, a WELTANSCHAUUNG. The heart and soul of GNU/Linux seeks to overturn the rampant commercialism that has poisoned and polluted the world of computing since the 1980's -- and for a minority it has succeeded admirably. For this noble purpose, GNU/Linux requires advocates of a highly spirited and unconventional bent. Stallman is therefore an outstanding spokesman and there SHOULD BE many more like him. Your comments indicate that you are a lifeless and cowardly follower of the crowd. You are no advocate. Get the fuck out of here. And > that's not even including his comments on pedophilia. That is just crazy. The way I see it, his view would be that by helpiong your family, you are contributing to something that would harm everyone. Also, there are other jobs that you could go into to help feed your family, FYI. I have not seen the clip and I do not have a position on the statement but I feel this would be his reasoning behind it, which is more or less a simple and not (too) outlandish reason. -- Se7en | ,= ,-_-. =. It's not anyone's fault that Word is the most respected word processor out there. If Corel and LibreOffice had made a decent alternative to Word, we'd be using their formats instead of Microsoft's. Clearly, the "advocates" would love to go around claiming that Microsoft only got to its position because of bribing and such but it's plain to see what Word is just better than the competition. How many documents and spreadsheets do you produce on a weekly basis? Huh? How many databases? How many OLAP analyses? Would you care to post some of your "creations" that can't be duplicated outside of the Microshit environment? You do nothing with a computer. Nothing. You are just a game queer and a dabbler. That's it. Big fucking deal! Your opinions and judgments are worth less than a spoonful of dog shit.

It runs ok under Windows as well but there is a slight speed increase in opening large documents under Linux for sure. I find gimp also runs better under Linux than under Windows 10.
