A number of times I've come across users saying "That was a really hard problem to fix, it took Joe hours" and when you actually get down to it, it's a really simple problem but Joe wants to keep his job or make a bit of extra cash out of the customer so he makes it look as hard as possible and the poor user doesn't know any better.
