Anyone who plays games with a computer is a regressed asshole idiot.

Grow up, retards. The computer is for computing. It opens up a vast
world of discovery and knowledge. To limit such a wondrous machine
to playing games and videos is a criminal travesty.

All those who indulge in computer gaming should be locked up forever
in mental asylums.

Why?

Nobody limits a machine to just that. People simply want to be able to
relax from time to time and that's where games come in. Considering how
such games often also cost less on the PC, it makes sense to play them
on the platform to save money as well.

I think you're mistaking gamers for Linux users.

Your implication is that knowledge and discovery are WORK.

No, knowledge and discovery are relaxing and rewarding to the
mind in an ultimate sense.

If one needs games to "relax" then one is intellectually
severely stunted -- and that is the whole point.

Yep.
You are a Linux loser.
I knew it.

The reference to butt raping is the giveaway. I'm not sure why but Linux
losers seem to have a fascination with butt raping. It's all rather odd.
I suspect it has something to do with living in their mother's basement and
not getting enough sunlight. Maybe a vitamin D deficiency? Who knows.
Nobody really cares. About Linux that is.

Carry on!
Go compile a kernel or something equally exciting.
I'm in the middle of a Photoshop session.

The cost of Adobe is but a spec of dust compared to how much business, thus
income, the program generates for me.
The industry I work in uses Photoshop almost exclusively.
It's also tax deductible as a business expense.

How's gimp these days?
The name says it all.

Photoshop is the industry standard because no one in the industry
knows about any other program. LOL!

Also, no one in the industry knows anything about digital imaging anyway,
because with Photoshop, one doesn't have to. In fact, most people
who use Photoshop can't even differentiate a bit from a byte,
let alone understand the physics and technology of color profiles.

The GIMP is only one of many image processing applications available
on Linux. Most users, however, would rather write their own applications
using either libraries or processing pipelines because THEY KNOW EXACTLY
WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

The Photoshop user could only say: "Duh?"

I'm waiting for one of the 'advocates' here to comment about the utter
stupidity of your posts. Of course, we have to wait for them to quit
bitching about trolls they read while in their killfiles.

Answer this one, Mr. Photoshop guru:

With my digital SLR (containing an RGB Bayer CFA) , I take a photo
of a bright red pickup truck under the blazing noontime summer sun.
The white balance is set at 5400K, but the color of the truck in
the image is ORANGE!

What is happening?

Maybe a call to the Adobe hotline can help you -- at $99.95 per
call. LOL!

You purchased the wrong camera for your skill level.
Something like this might be a better match.

Never had to call Adobe.
Don't know anyone who has although I'm sure they exist.

You can't even read. I've said exactly nothing about Photoshop as I
don't use it. From your posts it is obvious you don't either, but feel
the incessant need to spout off.

Typical linux loon.

Hey, FAbio, you need to talk to "professor" Wormley. HE takes "pretty
good" photos!
