What facts? This whole thread has been "he said she said" nonsense.
Actually, the "goal post moving" started when you trolls decided to
"up the ante" in terms of the combination of phone + head unit features
with some features having nothing to do with the head unit.

Oh, wait: that was on a Mac. <https://youtu.be/hShY6xZWVGE> > After all, you advocates are great at providing > concrete examples and will surely not just insult > the people who call you out on your bullshit. In counterpoint, there certainly must have been some incremental steps, as well as 'full' steps which had demonstrated XYZ. However, there's also a difference between something existing and something actually becoming widely deployed. As such, the real challenge is to be able to successfully tick off not only the capability, but also with some modicum of a reasonable breadth/depth of adoption. For example, while there's not (too much) debate that the Wright Brothers "invented" heavier-than-air flight, they were not the ones who were particularly successful in subsequently making it into an applied product (ie, they didn't end up owning the likes of what today is Boeing, etc). -hh

You are using a phone that you can talk to.
The feature is a feature of the PHONE.
There is NOTHING keeping you from talking to your phone while you are
driving. It's like using the touch screen while driving.
Again, you people are blithering idiots.
I see stupid people, and they don't even know they are stupid.

What the Hell are you even babbling about? He and I are describing how, with hands-free technology, we can access the phone without touching anything. Clearly, we are using the features of the phone but it's the hands-free part which is impressive. Try to follow a conversation without making a complete ass of yourself. -- Charmed Tuna

I suffered through the repositories myself. For a while, I was a SUSE user and actually liked the way that changing repositories would turn the distribution into a rolling one and you were free to add or remove whatever you thought was necessary for your system to function the way that you wanted it to. It felt like freedom, but I very quickly experienced dependency conflicts which caused my system to routinely become unbootable. It was a mess and I don't see how it can be defended. > Then I provide a link to the Suse site where they completely back my claims > including a statement, in red ink BTW, saying "use at your own risk". To that effect, here's the original: This is Armenian Radio; our listeners asked us: "When Nixon visited Moscow, he and Khrushchev ran around the Kremlin in a race. Nixon came the first. How should our media report on that?" We're answering: "The report should be as follows: 'In the international running competition the General Secretary of the Communist Party took the honorable second place.' Mister Nixon came in one before last." So for the competition on Mobile OS profits (of those who made a significant profit, which was only Apple & Samsung), the predictable Linux fanboy report becomes written as: "In the international competition for Mobile, Android took the honorable second place. And the capitalist pig of Apple iOS came in one before last." -hh

Again, I prefer to listen to OpenSuse rather than some babbling idiot in an almost dead newsgroup. https://en.opensuse.org/Additional_package_repositories his is a list of currently existing third-party repositories, meaning they're external to openSUSE. These packages are not supported by openSUSE, the packages may not be tested and the repositories can contain beta versions and other bleeding edge packages. For official repositories (OSS, non-OSS, Update, Update-Non-OSS) and semi official repositories (including KDE, GNOME and Java repositories) see Package repositories. For information on how to add package repositories see Add package repositories. For new Linux and openSUSE users it is recommended to use the 4 default repositories (OSS, Non-OSS, Update, Update-Non-OSS) and Packman. Later on when you familiarize yourself with package management you can add more. Please, make sure that you actually need a specific repository instead of blindly adding it. *More repositories means more complexity in software management and needs* *some experience to avoid problems and, in extreme cases, system failure.* *Warning Use it at your own risk.* > Again, you're just talking nonsense trying in the fundie fashion to > turn an enemy's strength into a weakness. I'm simply stating the facts rather than babbling on like you are. > You are truely a legend in your own mind. Better that then to be deemed an idiot in everyone's eyes, like you are. -- You Ain't The Biggest Fish In The Crotch.
