You're clueless!

What do you get out of lying, Krystal 'Super Troll' Lynn? The content is a bunch of delusional Krystal 'Super Troll' Lynn-like crap. Only glue sniffing would lead to that.

there without prodding.

Being independent as it is, low-level programming will never go away but it'll never be popular. What did you expect from the lying imbecile? That William Poaster lamer has nothing to lose but time. He has nothing else, especially not a girlfriend.

Dropping support for System76 is common sense. What were you betting on?

Do you have a high school diploma? Bravo, Jonathan Rhodes, you are now living rent-free inside William Poaster's beady little brain. With no evidence at all, as is usual for William Poaster.

I note things about tech they do not like... such as actually getting
desktop tasks done... and they hate it so they attack me.

Simple and predictable.

In my case, I was out of Usenet for a bit and decided to come back. I
basically reinstalled the software and therefore didn't have him
filtered. I usually have him killfiled by the end of the day though
and seldom reply to him before he's blocked.

Owl's exchanges with it can be sometimes interesting. Much more so
than making fun of its house, or whatever, for the umpteenth time.

Linux does run Catia.

Indeed. Even MSO is that, to a certain extent.

It ain't computer science, either.

Speak for your pathetic, stupid self, dimbulb.

Photoshop is NOT a professional imaging program. It is designed
as a graphical crutch to accommodate pseudo-professionals, mostly
faggots, in the marketing arena. I know plenty of "professional"
Photoshop users who couldn't distinguish a pixel from a pimple
nor their ass from a hole in the ground.

GNU/Linux, in contrast, is for SERIOUS pros only. The GIMP
already far exceeds Photoshop in bit depth capability, and
other GNU/Linux imaging tools can address issues well beyond
the reach of Photoshop.

So go back to your Ubuntu/Mint and find the pretty "button"
to click to get your fave cartoon and don't waste bandwidth
with your idiotic and ineffective "advocacy."

Maybe you do not know what it is?

They cling to their attacks and ignore the message time and time again.

You clearly have an "irrational hatred" of both of those softwares,
RonB! You "globally reject" them, and think that they are "a waste"!

Except that these attempts are merely trying to disregard every use case
as supposedly being an irrelevant niche case.

<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/comp.os.linux.advocacy/rkl0gFREIrg/SOdQ83A8N_8J>

<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/comp.os.linux.advocacy/Q0056tohwr0/RV7VBhLrNDEJ>

Problem is that after all of these examples are rejected, there's no
use cases or Apps left to use!

> >Figure it out. This is not rocket science.

Claims don't create truths no matter how many times you try to
convince yourself of them in your attempt to convince yourself
that you're not a loser. Case in point:

'"Photoshop in particular is the most grossly over-hyped and
ridiculously expensive software ever created..." -Homer

I don't see where that has any accommodation for Pro's in that
statement...do you?

<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/comp.os.linux.advocacy/uGN0bwpcFLg/-QddwB6fAAAJ>

Nor any other exception (such as for 'Serious Amateurs') accommodations.

Similarly,

"Photoshop too expensive? Ya think? :-)"
  - Chris Ahlstrom

<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/comp.os.linux.advocacy/P32TWntCDtU/gekj8Uds9KAJ>

No exceptions acknowledged here either.

Plus guess who was conspicuously absent from the subthread that
owl & I had on actually using masks/layers in an editing App
to selectively adjust an image's exposure zones? Heaven forbid
if a 'BSEE' is trying to speak again outside of their area of
claimed expertise, and is interrupting the adults.

Are you saying that the Plonk King, Mr. 'Cut Em' Off At The Pass' employs
a preemptive strategy even when he does choose to engage?
