OK. So I have to use slrn on the android/gnuroot debian thing. tin was
giving problems with posting and terminal window size. That sucks,
because slrn is tedious compared to tin (but at least I can still use
vim), but if the slrn killfile works, it'll be good to be able to read
news away from the house without having to go through google groups.

Posting with slrn on the android mangled the xface, but that could just
be slrn. I had tried just adapting it from tin's header file to slrn's
retarded one-liner method of adding headers. There's probably a better
way to do it, but I'm just dipping my toes into slrn at the moment.
I don't really care about that header though, so no biggie.

I could be wrong but I believe Marek was talking about this at one point, or maybe it was in one of his screencasts. Slrn can be tedious.

See: I noted specific examples of Scott Lurndal flooding every group I post to, stating quotable lies, etc. His response: to change the topic. Rambling cretin.

Many posters persist in replying to Scott Lurndal. I can not chide Doomsdrzej for his fury but, frankly, I can't grasp why he stays here now that he gets what this place is. Doomsdrzej is better at discussions as experienced in a formal environment and advocacy environments are not it. So he changed his story to responding to any sock of his.

So, yeah, I buy into my own inner world, fully knowing it is not real, because it makes me reconsider my script, improving it.

The herd's reverse compiled Linux with the Bellman–Ford algorithm to regurgitate texts which are not unlike those from a previous post in the group.

Until Scott Lurndal offers up his 'more streamlined' GNU/Linux workflow for evaluation, there is no challenge, just crazed assertions.

On Android I just use vxconnect or somesuch terminal to shell into
my home "server" (an old laptop) and access slrn from there (as I am doing
right now).

Yeah, I've had juice ssh (along with xdsl X server) on the phone, but
I don't always have a machine running at home to shell into. This also
gives me a full linux system on the phone for other purposes. It's
still limited with respect to perms, but it's quite usable and doesn't
require a rooted phone.

Aragorn wants to punish us: If he and his shills can't play here then nobody will. Linus Torvalds is a false advocate's only reason for living.

Can you stop asking for my attention?

That lame duck update system failed over and over again. After throwing out all the nyms from God, it's mostly just two flooders mass producing 95% of the trolling. Yes. And both downright disturbed loons. God's posts are nothing but an incomprehensible mess.

Having to endure the use of Systemd would just confuse the general user.

It was God who got caught using untold numbers of nyms time and time again, and these are 'people' who come clearly out of the blue immediately into threads where he was being proved wrong... continuously for over a decade. The teller of untruths AKA God does it every time. Then the flood begins. Because the mama's boy just has to run to other groups in an effort to get attention from someone. Anyone.

I have a pretty small Android phone myself... and then also an iPod
Touch. The Android phone SUCKS, but it also was extremely cheap so hard
to complain too much about it (it does NOT reflect poorly on Android as
a whole, or at least not on the higher end phones). The iPod is pretty
good, though comparable to a several year old phone itself, and while
the screen is of much higher quality it is quite small.
