Yes, words have consequences. That's why some words, such as that hateful spew of yours, are deemed RACIST. The fact that you refuse to answer a simple YES or NO question as whether or not you would make that statement to a black man is telling. There is in my mind no doubt that your answer is "No", but you refuse to admit it, because then the next question would be, "Why then would you make such a statement to a white man?" If instead you were to answer "Yes", then it would be obviously racist.
