You seem like a reasonable person who looks at facts and expects facts to
be present in a debate.
You seem intelligent.
You have a good sense of humor.
You seem to have had enough low points in your life to understand how the
game of life is played.
You are good at spinning a good troll when called for.
Those are your positive attributes.

From what I can tell, your only negative attribute, at least from COLA,
AOLU and other groups is your undying love for snit.

I've figured it out and it maps back to spinning a good troll.
You know snit annoys the shit out of the Linux losers in COLA so you ignore
the evidence and support him because some of what he says is true.
Only when he is lucid and not high on glue though.
His videos being a decent example. Sure they are concocted using very odd
methods and tasks that most people probably won't stumble on, but they do,
for the most part, show how fucked up Linux is.

It's kind of like pressing A, B, C, D buttons on your entertainment center
and then pushing the brake and turning the key to run and watching the
car's computer reboot itself.
How many people will naturally do that sequence?
Still, it's valid in showing a weakness in the system and snit, if he has
any talent at all, seems to be very good at finding these rabbit holes.

And you like that so you support him which also satisfies your feeling good
watching the Linux losers get dealt another blow.

And I agree with you, and snit, there.
It's very revealing watching them scurry about attempting to discredit
snit.
It's funny in fact but pathetic at the same time.

However, and this is where the rubber meets the road, how you can ignore
the mountains of evidence proving snit a liar, nymshifter, paranoid skitz
and so forth is where you lose your credibility.

That snitlist which gets posted is really just the tip of the iceberg.
Snit has been running this gag for over a decade and in all that time he
has been despised in every group he has invaded.

Can you honestly believe that all of these people, and many more, are all
wrong about snit?

Look at the way he lied about Peter Kohlmann the other day.
He made the claim that Peter made certain statments and it was a complete
lie.
Then, just like snit, he weaves a thread trying to defend his lies by
leaving out information, snipping, making even more bizarre statements and
so forth in order to cloud the topic. And finally as was predicted, he
changes his tune and tries to rewrite history while claiming he was
misunderstood.

You can take that same method, boilerplate it and go back over 10 years to
find snit pulling the same exact routine over and over again.

I'll be honest, you are making an ass of yourself supporting snit.
All those who have gone on record being burned by his lies are the people
telling the truth about snit.

So it comes down to all those people lying or snit really being what the
common factors about him, from many, many people being the truth.

Look at his latest screw up, the debate between him and CC.
Now go back in thread and CAREFULLY read what was said and what snit
replied to and most importantly what his conclusions were based upon what
was actually said. NOT what he is claiming was said.

That is the key point.
Snit slips in these out of context comments and then later on refers back
to them as if they are factual.
That is how you trap snit with his own words.

Go ahead and do it.
Take 15 minutes to learn how deceitful snit is.

Or you can claim you don't have time, run away and continue to support a
liar and a scum bag just because you know he irritates the Linux losers.

The choice is yours.

p.s. you don't have to take my word for it. Ask DFS how snit twisted his
comments around. He will give you an ear full.

I have a question for you: what exactly do you want me to do? How can I
remedy the fact that you feel slighted by my respect for Snit?

Look at the evidence, CAREFULLY, instead of aligning yourself with snit
just because he pisses off the Linux losers.

One thing about snit you need to learn is that unless you are directly
involved with his game playing you will not pick up the insidious methods
he uses like snipping, quoting out of context, adding incorrect assumptions
and attributing them to people as if they said them and so forth.

The average reader will NOT pick this up.
This changes when that average reader is involved in the circus.
This is where the snit list actually comes from.
It's people who experienced these tactics first hand.

Consider both DFS and Flatfish were snit supporters as well until snit
tried to push the envelope and they objected. The snit sock puppet invasion
was the result of both of these encounters with snit.

It's all in Google.
Ask DFS.
He will tell you how it works.
Ask Flatfish and he will tell you the same thing.
In fact you yourself were at one time anti-snit as well.

Wake up dude and realize that all these different people, all the different
groups and topics can't all be wrong.
What is the common factor?

It's snit.

How you can't see this is weird.

How you can't see how annoying this 'BOYCOTT SNIT!" crap is is also
weird. Look at it this way, am I allowed to just NOT CARE? I get along
with HIM and I get along with YOU. In fact, I'm trying to get along with
fucking chrisv. CHRISV FOR GOD'S SAKE. His personality is so awful that
if he were covered in meat, starving puppies would STILL not go anywhere
near him. If I can try to get along with people like THAT, why should I
not be allowed to try to get along with people like Snit?

He's annoying. I know. Steve Carroll is a nutcase. I know. Peter the
Klöwn is a living legend in idiocy. I know. chrisv has no sense of
humour. I know. We are _ALL_ flawed individuals who have Linux or at
least an interest in Linux in common. Can we talk about THAT and forget
about Snit for at least one week in this lifetime?

Thank you.

For the record, any post which mentions Snit will be ignored from now
on. I'm sick of hearing about him and how "awful" he is.

To bad because "awful" is the least of snit's negative traits.
Too bad you aren't smart enough to figure that out for yourself.
Maybe Carroll is correct in that you are too young to understand.

He understands. For all his chest beating the guy is a coward, just like Snit. How do we know? Cuz he's doing what cowards do, he's trying to bully people into believing things that are BS... just like Snit. Trust me, there's NO WAY either one of these cowards pull this crap outside of a digital venue... which explains why neither of them ever go anywhere, have friends, etc.

For the record, and as I have said for years, I ALSO do not care about the
damned "feud". I just want it to stop. I want Carroll and cc to STOP
harassing me and those I know. I want them to STOP stalking me.

It is creepy and weird. And I have NEVER done anything of the type to them.
The closest I have done is things like set up the pages to my own site and
responded to their emails to see what IP they would use.

@Snit knows who he is, at least.

"snit" (noun, North American, informal):

a fit of irritation; a sulk.
"the ambassador and delegation had withdrawn in a snit"

  synonyms:
state, temper, bad mood, fit of pique, huff, hissy fit

"what's he in a snit about today?"

There goes Snit blabbering to himself, once again. I bet that the putz is totally in disbelief regarding his rather obvious mental illness.

From the evidence posted he has apparently done that numerous times. Snit
should not be driving without valid registration and proof of insurance.
Then again, types like him - on the public dole for a phony disability -
usually operate on the fringes of society. All of this might explain why
Snit posts to Usenet all day - none of those court records are beyond 2010
- Snit probably doesn't drive any more. he's housebound with a lot of time
on his hands.

Spend $20.00 on an intellius report and you will know all about snit.
All public record so you can post the information anywhere you like.

Let's just say when you read between the lines, snit is a parasite on the
federal government.

Judge for yourself.

Post the full record already. Why not? Or email it to me and I will.

Wrong, wrong, wrong.

Relevant excerpts from the Intellius Terms and Conditions:

"General Restrictions. You agree to use our information only for
appropriate, legal purposes, and in compliance with all applicable
federal, state and local laws and regulations. Additionally, you agree
that our databases and information may not be used to bother, stalk,
harass, threaten or embarrass any individual."

"You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell,
publish, broadcast, or circulate the text, images and/or information
received through the Intelius databases to anyone without our express
prior written consent."

So you are in violation of their terms and conditions.

That is correct.

However, key word is "their". So at worst you will probably have your
account with them terminated.
However, I'm not in violation of anything because I didn't post anything.
But you knew that already didn't you, snit?

Whoever posted it had no need... and they wasted $20... as if wasting your time on COLA isn't bad enough;) Anyone can see what Snit is, just as anyone can see what the sock/shill contingent is. It's this kind of silly to pretend otherwise:

Exactly. In some states DMV information is available for a small fee as
well.
Those background sites are a waste of money and only suckers use them.
Who cares about someone's driving record anyway?
Boring.

So Rhino Plastee (Steve Carroll) broke the law in an attempt to
demonstrate how Snit broke the law? Ironic.

Well, wait a minute. If the government allows you to get a record of a
person's criminal activities for $20, that's fine. However, they say
themselves that you're not allowed to broadcast it and it is only meant
to be used in criminal proceedings. If the lawmakers are the ones which
provided you with the right and you have basically broken their terms,
then you've broken the law. Rhino Plastee, in this case, could be
charged with a crime.
