Fuchsia, runs on the Pulseaudio kernel. So yeah, Pulseaudio is mobile. Pulseaudio is a super computer. Pulseaudio is a server. Pulseaudio is a desktop. Pulseaudio is growing in market share. Android is based on Linux. End of Story. That is the problem with millennials and newer students don't know what they are doing; people from earlier generations (~60 yo) are the only ones who know better than to fall for the indoctrination BS. When I first posted, I wanted to be trusting and impartial. I gave Just Wondering more than a rational person could be expected to. Did he think that was clever? Just Wondering was once again a charlatan by having the pretense to not debate Klaus Schadenfreude via veraciously trumpeting *plonk* and then engaging him repeatedly through another poster. -- I Left My Husband & Daughter At Home And THIS happened http://www.5z8.info/killallimmigrants_j6f7mm_gruesome-gunshot-wounds Jonas Eklundh

(I replied earlier, but I don't see it. So here's a repost): Notepad++ seems to highlight all matches and has you click for each replace. Unless there is some way to specify a count, I call that a FAIL wrt your requirements. There are several ways to do it in vim. 1) You can manually enter this: qq :%!tac|rev :/\<eno\>/|s//OWT :%!rev|tac q 4@q which requires that you enter the match and replacement in reverse. "one" is the match word, in reverse; "TWO" is the repl in reverse. 2) You can have the above in a vim script and load it with the file as vi -s <scriptfile> <file> 3) You can map a Leader with: :nnoremap <Leader> ciwDOG (where dog is the replacement text) Then you would do a reverse search on word boundary match: ?\<theword\> After the first match, you just type '?' for the next reverse search, then '\s' to replace it with DOG, and so on... 4) The best way: You do it with a script that you call from within vim: https://streamable.com/k5zyb Of course you could always just reverse match with '?' and cycle through the matches, changing them manually, and still probably be faster than clicking each s/r in Notepad++.

My 114$ g910 Logitech keyboard is seldom used, these days; instead, I use: Jeff-Relf.Me/MouseKeyboardLayout.PNG Ever since 1982, I've used GUI editors with multi-button mice and laser printers. I'm not sure, but I think I was using a WordPerfect code editor back in 1983. Because of this, I've never liked emacs or vi. Word Wrapping ( 244 columns, 4k, OCR font, 40 inch curved monitor ) is quickly toggled On/Off; 99.99% of the time, it's off. It looks like this: Jeff-Relf.Me/Diff.PNG Regex works like this: docs.microsoft.com/EN-US/VisualStudio/IDE/Using-Regular-eXpressions-in-Visual-Studio?view=vs-2017 I Search&Replace blocks of text, not just lines; manually and via C#. Searching .h files from the Windows SDK, and from standard C++, etc., is super trivial, and done quite often. So, yeah, I buy into my own make believe world, fully knowing it would never be discovered by others, because it makes me reconsider my code, improving it. And given how frequently it seems that bigdog's signature is some twist of a remark Chris Ahlstrom posted which had been a thrashing on bigdog for something he did which was ill-considered/fallacious/etc... its clearly a regular demonstration of bigdog's continuing distress for having been so frequently crushed. No no. bigdog never agreed to stop flooding. He lied about his trolling just as you would expect. Ease of use is subjective. I stumble in any other editor but vim. Muscle memory is hard to overcome.

I admit that I had some of that "muscle memory" with Linux when I used it for a period of time and DOS as well when it ruled the computing world. I guess the human mind was meant to use the command line and that's why its functions are memorized so easily.

Just look at your posts and look at Steve Petruzzellis's, there is nothing for anyone to learn from an idiot like Rudy Canoza. But hey, let him keep making an ass of himself. ChromeOS is based on Linux. No debate. So, yeah, I buy into my own make believe world, fully knowing it would never be discovered by others, because it makes me reconsider my code, improving it.
