My Mouse/Keyboard Layout: Jeff-Relf.Me/MouseKeyboardLayout.PNG "Hot Virtual Keyboard 9.0", 30$, is superior to Windows' "Touch Keyboard". It's difficult to customize as there's only 255 "scan codes", many of which are mysteriously "reserved", and/or look odd when the shift key is down. gShift RightClick toggles the keyboard on/off. The microphone icon toggles "speech to text" on/off.
