This is an undeniable historic fact. Microsoft commissioned psychological experts ($$$) to observe the behavior of test subjects representing the common user, i.e. retards. After intensive study the conclusion was that a "Start" button or menu was essential in allowing access for the common user, i.e. retards. So what's Jeffie, the retard, gonna do without his Start Menu? He will, like all retards, just sit there and stare at the empty screen with his mouth hanging open while drooling all over his shirt.

I doubt that _all_ managers/programmers are shit. You don't have to use old code, you can/should rewrite it; in fact, they often do so. Case in point: My C# macros, to automate Visual Studio 2015: Jeff-Relf.Me/Macros.HTM Yes, I had to rewrite my VS_2010 macros; but it's nice to have them in C# now, instead of "Visual Basic for Applications". Also, now I can write extensions too. Overall, it's been a wonderful improvement.

You're _not_ the president, nor will you ever be. You hate "niggers" (your word, not mine); it's extreme. I don't get welfare, I don't need it. I've told you this, a hundred times, but you refuse to believe it. Socialism, working for the common good, is good; so good, in fact, that _all_ rich nations do it. The richer the nation (e.g. Norway), the more they do it. After that, it's capitalism, to wit: Trite Hedonism. Quite Trite. Think about it, DFS, you're a pig.

There's some *serious* scamming going on out there which is the problem I
have. If the govt is going to take money from my pocket and hand it to

I'm not a fan of hip-hop or the whole black ghetto/gang shit. Not a fan of
white racism either.
There are always going to be people at the racial/political/religious end of
the "bell curve". Most people in the middle 80% of the population can get
along just fine with others.

Yes they are. But I'm not a fan of people starving in the streets either.
Here in MA (probably elsewhere) they don't have "food stamps" because
they're too degrading. They have "EBT" cards which are basically a state
provided credit-card.
A recent state AG report found that there's lots of people with balances of
$10's of thousands. EBT cards have been used at Disney World, Hawaii, cruise
ships, casinos, strip clubs, etc. I'm pretty sure that's not what the
program was meant for.

RELF - you're a strange cat but I know that I'd enjoy having a beer with
you. (I'll even buy.) DFS, you're welcome to join anytime.
I have a few friends that most people would view as strange/weird/out-there.
Usually I'm amazed that anyone could think like them but they're a lot of
fun to hang out with.

You (Ezekiel) told me:

No, I'm buying, anywhere you want to eat/drink,
anywhere you want to go (in Seattle).
Cruise Lake Washington and Elliot Bay, on me.
I'd let you stay with me for free too, for a few nights;
but you probably would _not_ like the cigarette smoke.
Sadly, I get too excited about _planned_ travel,
-- I wouldn't be able to sleep the night(s) before --
so I get motion sickness; it's _really_ bad.
But, were I well rested,
and I had to be "there" (wherever you are) _right_now_,
I could hop on a plane and be there, no motion sickness.
> DFS, you're welcome to join anytime.
I too would welcome him, but I'd lecture him about
the benefits of "collective efforts" (socialism)
the same way I lecture my antiCapitalist friends
on the benefits of capitalism.
I give proCapitalists lecture _a_lot_,
because I've so many antiCapitalist friends.

I'm friendly, but I dress like a slob,
I don't give a shit what people think of me;
I love to be alone, posting to Usenet, programming, etc.

Your tax money supports winos, heroin addicts and the like.
But don't forget: Rich Capitalists, like you, are hedonists too.
Back when I had food stamps, I had just $25/month, after paying rent.
I was very happy then; I even had a puppy and a cute,
90lb, 18 year old, former gymnist girl living with me.
I had to get rid of her because people assumed the worst.

DFS is _not_ one of those, I assure you;
but that's his disaster, not mine.

And for heroin, beer, etc.
I told my musician, heroin addict friend: <<
The _only_ difference between Jerry Garcia and a wino:
Money. >>
He replied: <<
And an abundance of realized musical and creative talent. >>
I replied:
Sure, that's how he got his money, $2.9 million a year.
He worked hard to pay _attorneys_ and spousal/child support;

December 20, 1996
An accountant for Jerry Garcia's estate is expected
to testify Friday that Carolyn "Mountain Girl" Garcia
was entitled only to a $1 million divorce settlement
- not the $5 million cash the Grateful Dead guitarist
agreed to give her.
Both sides in the acrimonious dispute over the estate
continued to trade accusations Thursday in Marin
Superior Court during the second week of the trial.
Carolyn Garcia, the second wife of the famous rock
musician and mother of two of his daughters, is
seeking to get her $5 million agreement reinstated.
After Jerry Garcia died of a heart attack in August
1995 at a drug rehabilitation center, his third wife,
Deborah Koons Garcia, cut off all payments to Carolyn Garcia.
"The real issue of this case is that no one ever told
Jerry Garcia there was a difference between community
and separate property," said Richard Schiller, a
forensic accountant who has been delving into Jerry
Garcia's finances for the last three months. "Nobody
was properly advising him of the fundamentals of
family law."
Schiller, who was scheduled to be called Thursday as
a witness for the estate but will be called Friday
instead, discussed his views outside court.
The San Francisco accountant, who also has
represented musician Sammy Hagar, said Carolyn and
Jerry Garcia's estate was worth $2 million when they
separated in December 1990. He said this means she
would have been entitled to $1 million, plus spousal
and child support.
Carolyn Garcia's attorney, David Phillips, has said
Jerry Garcia asked Carolyn Garcia to draft an
agreement to settle their affairs because he was
frustrated by the slow progress being made by their
divorce lawyers.
Other highlights of Thursday's hearing in which Jerry
Garcia's longtime attorney, David Hellman, took the stand:
-- It was revealed that Deborah Koons Garcia sought to
remove Hellman as co-executor of the estate.
She alleged that Hellman had not advised her late
husband that he was entitled to tax benefits on
$300,000 in child support payments, which ultimately
cost him $450,000. She later withdrew her petition to
remove Hellman after a document was discovered in the
files of _another_ of Garcia's attorneys, showing that
Garcia agreed to file joint income tax returns and
pay the taxes.
-- Hellman testified that shortly after Jerry Garcia's
marriage to Deborah Koons Garcia, she asked Jerry
Garcia to pay for a $1 million remodeling job on her
house. Hellman testified Jerry Garcia didn't have the
money so the remodeling work was never done.
-- Hellman testified that Jerry Garcia's income between
1990 and 1993 grew from $1.6 million a year
to $2.9 million a year.
-- Deborah Koons Garcia said outside court that Jerry
Garcia's estate is worth $6 million to $7 million.

Coding in C#, or any other object oriented language, is *not* programming. It is only arranging predetermined classes like a child will arrange toy blocks. Real programming involves a low-level language such as C or even assembly language to create complex digital structures based on fundamental elements that address some problem. You are fooling yourself. Using C# for "programming" is analogous to using a paint-by-numbers kit to produce "art." Real men use C or assembly. Pussies use C#.
