Hilarious! I'd forgotten I made that post.

I said it was used by names that would crack the ground (or earth) if
dropped.

That's the beauty of Usenet; you don't but it pisses off people like you
and Hadron nevertheless.

I can see why that thread got your knickers in such a twist; my entire
contribution was trolling of the highest order and it galls you that I
could be so much more successful at it than you.

Why do you even care? You trolls are the ones who like to accuse people
of lying the whole time whereas any of your claims get a 'free pass' to
use the terminology adopted by Flatchest.

Because you amuse me. Since you're inacapable of engaging in honest
debate, it's the only use you have left.

I commend you for admitting you merely troll for attention. Yes, it is
obvious you do - lying and spewing utter nonsense just because you want
someone to pay attention to you.

Rather pathetic.

As opposed to you, who does all that and much more while only occasionally admitting to some of it.

By the way, care to explain how it is "obvious", you know, being that you, a known liar, are the one making the claim?

Careful here, Snit... the moment you produce people other than yourself as "evidence" you will then validate your quotes list, a thing you've claimed has no validity. Oops! And you *know* what happens if you decide to use the 'admission' angle... poor Snit... reality is just entirely against him ;)

Ah the old "I was trolling" routine.

Yes funny how many COLA liars, when called on their lies, were suddenly
"trolling". The problem for liars is that they need a good memory. White
Spurt and Creepy don't.

What's far more "funny" is you saying this to who you are... as if Snit's well known, decade+ history of lying doesn't exist.

You're a liar. You believed then (and probably still do) that python
wasn't a programming language.

You only call it "trolling" now, after everyone in that thread made you
look like a fool.

Which "troll claims" are you referring to? I question everyone who
makes outlandish claims.

But the fact is, almost 100% of the outlandish claims made on cola are
made by Linux idiots:

* you (more bugs in OSX than Snit's KDE video, my systems are enjoyed
   by millions of people).

* Rex Ballard (dozens of bullshit claims).

* Walrus 7 (developed a "global financial transaction system" that
analyzed 500,000,000 data points in 30 mintues using SQLite and
   Gambas on a low-level PC)

* Jim (rode 220 miles in 8 hours on a mtn bike)

* Hypocrite Homer (he and a small team could do the Munich Linux
   migration in 6 months)

* Linuxiac (Linux is 8X quicker than Windows, even for gaming)

* Dopez (Windows advocate): almost too many bullshit boasts to mention:
self-made millionaire by age 30, chess master, 140IQ, rocket
scientist, Ph.D., SQL guru, D.C. power broker, counseled Bill Gates,
is black, makes $300/hr as a 'consultant', sold code to a Silicon
   Valley venture capitalist)

* Gortard ("Hotmail went down hundreds of times in 2008")

* raytard ("I had one or two minor issues in 7 years of using Gentoo")

* Kohlmann (claimed he's the ONLY person to ever write an
   entire BIOS by himself)

In short, most of the Linux "advocates" who ever stunk up this place.

flattie once claimed she had perfect pitch - something 1 in 10K people
have. So I asked for proof, and she made a screen recording of an
online test I asked her to do.

If you can't prove your grandiose claims - and YOU can't - don't make them.

Great list... even if incomplete. Heck, my list of Köhlmann's comments is
quite lengthy and well referenced.

There is nothing grandiose about anything I have claimed.

Ask Flatchest to prove her music credentials.

It interests me to observe how people react. For example, I post one
article about bugs in Mavericks and all the COLA trolls have been
jumping up and down ever since. I find it fascinating how one article
(that contained nothing untrue) can create such a chain reaction.

I find it even more interesting how one-sided the demands for proof are
on COLA, which was the ultimate purpose behind me posting that article.

See above.

Actually I dont see anyone rushing to your defence. And the reason is

To be fair, you have behaved more reasonably recently so it was churlish

I don't hate advocates or anything but I do hate being attacked by
people because they think I'm associated with Snit, "lied" (without
providing evidence) or because they think I'm insulting. The reality is
that if you insult me without any reason to, I'll freely insult you back
and mine will definitely be a lot more potent. However, you've been a
decent person and I think we can have pretty good discussions going forward.

So you hate when people claim someone lied but cannot provide evidence...
just as you do with me. Thank you for admitting you hate your own actions.

You do not want people to react to your insults? LOL! Such an entitlement
attitude from you!

I am capable of having a decent discussion with just about anyone... even
folks such as you and White Spirit who make claims you cannot support.

What can be more potent an insult than associating someone with Snit? :)

Even associations with 'the Devil', Hitler, Stalin, etc. pale in comparison. That's quite a feat! LOL!
