The thing about conservative leaders is that in addition to being able to speak the truth rather than sugar-coating what ends up mostly being a lie, they are ready to go in and kick the ass of anyone who doesn't show the necessary amount of respect. What you got in the whole USA vs. Iran ordeal is an American president who gave them the taxpayer's money the way a weakling would have given his lunch money to a bully. Not only that but the weakling deludes himself into thinking that he's "cool" by being good friends with the rich kid, in this case Saudi Arabia. If a conservative were in there, Iran would have been wiped off the map for even daring to talk back to the United States and Saudi Arabia would have been forced to pay every single family that has been hurt in any way by what happened on 9/11... for the rest of time. Why you guys are so willing to keep a complete pussy in office is beyond me. < snip > - -- Silver Slimer Islam is a disease -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2 iQEcBAEBCAAGBQJX8vYdAAoJEIwFfgf/rr+ulXAH/1oXGxyQlBx93E1TWPlBaqqI RE8gkch3/gRki9VO+ZHatSdzBIsZ82hZZy4pOHjJhuGBLT4pGhH4VOQZaWJdJRkm QUbJqQn+QCBAjvGxQRnM5z/BqUnGH0eIxfewhR5UyhWC1bWWf5Wp/zYHQ5pSzd3c THQHnJPmCd51hG6V3i5xI+u0ENe9DBwhdS0bbiUSWmveRKxihzVgQYAzNURRuaX3 OElv7A+/oj9wI/qzMc/Txl/+9/mRqhZN1cU5tR+u9zce1qfmuXj+adwxAmDHSdX9 bK019bY7vRNz0DxymjunZtqCgXaN0aV1CHWZyimFvGx4EaUtir2+lbtPqMlNlYs= =d8iD -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

Except that the majority of publications which polled voters showed that the majority of people believed that Trump won. Clinton won over those who believe that poise and political correctness are necessary out of a president whereas Trump won over those who are looking for someone who will get things done. His attacks on her were a LOT more potent than her idiotic attacks on his "racism" and "sexism" and anyone who actually watched the whole debate (I doubt that you did) could clearly see that he knew what he was talking about. He might have ranted a few times, but he's old and that's what old people do. > The saddest thing of all is Trump would probably be leading solidly > if he actually wanted to. Even before declaring, he could've > hired economists and law enforcement and military and other > advisers and formulated specific policies and plans. Keep looking for a politically-correct candidate who will do nothing to help your country but at least "appear" presidential. Voting for such people has definitely helped your country over the past few decades. I express _concerns_ since the operating system I _want_ to use is not functioning the way a potential user would expect. There is no reason for a system to refuse to shut down using default settings, there is no reason for a desktop environment to not allow the file manager to load, there is no reason for the GnuPG key manager to refuse to import keys, there is no reason for the back button on a mouse not working in one browser but working right in another just because the other comes with the distribution, there is no reason for the mail client to time out without even attempting to connect, etc.. All of the above happened in a single weekend using Ubuntu. Now I know what you're thinking: use another distribution. However, gaming is still a priority and Steam does not work correctly in other distributions as Steam itself was developed with Ubuntu in mind. Then learn about systemd units and how to make one that might solve your problem. Fedora books tend to talk about systemd since that was the first system to employ systemd. If your system isn't using systemd then chances are it is using upstart. Any Linux admin book will likely cover upstart. If you don't know bash, sysvinit likely won't make a lot of sense to you. Linux isn't a packaged consumer OS though. You install it, you fix it. Or you could buy from system 76 in which case if it doesn't shut down it's their problem and they'll help you with the issue. Linux isn't for those unwilling to learn about it. Remember who made it and why. We're not likely going to the Apple store and trying to decide if we want Linux or a Mac. If you're a Linux user, you'll know it. -- Marek Novotny https://github.com/marek-novotny
