Oh, by the way: I used the command line on my Amiga 1200 way back in
the early nineties, so I 'pwn' you back big time.

I also took a 3-month Windows NT network administrator course way back
in 1999. That also involved quite a bit of command line work. During
that course I saw GNU/Linux in action for the first time ever. IIRC it
was a RedHat box we used to work on.

I bought an Amiga when they first came out. I used the command line
almost exclusively. The GUI was more of a novelty and added nothing I
needed.

Mouse-enhanced apps, of course, were the bomb.

Sure you did.

Do tell us what you used the command line for on your Amiga.

No one believes a word you say turd.

They had mouse-enhanced apps on the Apple II.

I remember those fondly. The Paint program for the //c was something I

I have a great life Ivan.
I don't use Linux.

Linux desktop that is.
Only to test.

I do have a Linux server for my backups and mp3 stuff.
Fedora in fact.

Troll wins this round by virtue of number of replies.

Yep.

You alt.os.linux guys should KF this troll, like most of the cola
advocates have. All this troll does is repeat the same nonsense, year
in and year out. The troll is obviously mentally-ill.

This is entirely a COLA troll issue.

Would people please have the decency to remove alt.os.linux
from the newsgroups line.

Because it is all part of a plan to waste people's time and distract
them from doing better things.

You fell for it once again, hook, line, and sinker.

Please remove alt.os.linux from the newsgroups line if you
cannot restrain yourself from replying to the trolls and
ensure followups is set to COLA.

It would be a good idea to trim the legit groups off the replies in
COLA.

After all, they have less use for the Linturds in COLA than we do.

In fact many in the legit Linux community wish the Linturds in COLA
would just disappear.
We differ because we are having too much fun laughing at them.

It would be a good idea if you stopped trolling in this newsgroup because
you and the other trolls are the only reason this is not a "legit" group.

Today it was especially painful to read the new posts.
