And we all know that what gets caught is just the tip of the iceberg.

It is, but prior to the last administration opening up the borders,
the majority of Mexicans migrating were looking to better their lives
and for the most part weren't causing problems. Sure some slipped through
and drugs have always been a problem but in the past it was nothing even
close to the mess we have now.

They are absolutely doing that.
Some, especially students, have to swear allegiance to the CCP and are expected to
report back or they will not be allowed to come to USA for education.
