After installing Fedora 41 yesterday, I noticed a bug where unplugging my laptop would result in the screen's brightness going to 0%. You couldn't increase the brightness at all and had to plug it back in to see what you were doing. People in Fedora's own forums mentioned that the quickest resolution was to change the power plan to Performance which was obviously not ideal if preserving power was the objective. Anyways, I got an update today. It's already fixed. In summary: ASUS has yet to fix an fTPM bug with AMD processors discovered in 2021 yet Fedora fixes an annoyance within a few days (I experienced it yesterday but it was reported to the developers a few days earlier). -- Andrzej (Andre) Matuch Telegram: @AndrzejMatuch
