Other than Ubuntu 26.04 I'm not familiar with the current GNOME DE. I 
looked at Leap 16's very briefly. Ubuntu apparently tweaks GNOME enough 
that there is at least a toolbar. KDE is fine even if it is a few steps 
behind Fedora's Plasma.
