Carroll does it to do what he does: play victim. And Google limits the 
number of posts from any one account. But whatever his reason, NOBODY 
hacked his accounts in ways Google and "several federal agencies" could 
not stop. His claims are insane beyond belief.

cannot use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel 
somehow superior by attacking the messenger.
