Could be. Run this and make sure:
grep '^From' owl_telnet.txt |wc -l
If it didn't get them all, add the sleep. The '-' that I said take
out also helps get them all. Just have to hit enter when you get the
'Connection closed by foreign host' message. With my slow-ass connection,
I get 1000 messages in about 4.5 secs.
