Maybe.  Been using Directv for a while.  Switching to cable for TV
and internet in the new house.  Called last week to have hookup.
Chose preferred dates 4/22, 4/23.  No communication over the weekend.
Called Monday to verify.  Could not find info, then found it, said
dates not available.  First available 4/24.  OK.  4/24 it is then.
Scheduled other workers at the house today.  Here comes the *cable* guy.
He doesn't know anything about the change in service date.  Starts
working.  I wanted six boxes.  Needed one line run, as house already had
cabling in the other rooms.  "We don't drill in the floor.  You'll need
an electrician for that."  WTF?  I've had cable and satellite installers
drill all over the fucking place for decades.  So after several foreign
call center catastrophes, I finally get ahold of an American in chat.
Got everything resolved I guess, but get this:  I wasn't at the house
when the guy came.  My wife was there with the other workers. Cable guy
is some spook with a foreign accent (in person even!).  The guy at one
point reached out and removed my wife's sunglasses from her face!  If I
had been there at the time, I'd be in jail right now for a violent "hate
crime."  

But damn, the worst was the three call centers I had to deal with.
Complete fucking morons.
