I presume iOS can do access a previously saved web page offline (but with the private space restrictions, I'm never sure of that).

No need to revert; as you can see, I haven't used that particular one
since last August.
I just tried to use Firefox to access the spreadsheet; I got an alert
saying that my browser is not fully supported, but after dismissing the
alert, the spreadsheet opened and I was able to edit cells and modify
formulae. I haven't played too much with it, but I haven't seen
anything that is not supported.

On an Apple mobile device, it's a spread sheet. On a Mac computer, it's a spread sheet. If Michelle had sent it to you in an email or file transfer, it would be *drum roll* a spread sheet. As I discussed in another message in this thread, I worked on an earlier version of this spreadsheet with a "not fully supported" browser (Firefox), and couldn't find anything that was not supported. Admittedly, I didn't try everything, but I did try the most common elements.
