I can see the purchase date of apps in iTunes for Mac OS by getting info on an app in my library and looking at the "purchase date" field in the "File" tab of the resulting Info window. That's close enough to an install date for me. I suppose if we were to know why you need to know when an app was installed, we might be able to help you better, but you so far have refused to tell us. Oh well. the purchase date is almost always the install date. it's possible that someone buys an app via itunes and then syncs it to the device some time later, but that would be rare and likely not much later different anyway. i doubt someone would buy an app and wait months to sync it, but that possibility does exist, however small it may be. but the real question is what difference does it make.
