His opinions were strong and imposed on Apple products' look and feel, and Jobs would not use diplomatic wording to voice his opinions on what staff came up with. If you read his autobiography, you would know he was the boss and had a very hands on approach to the look/feel of products. He certaintly was the leader of the Apple family when it came to look and feel. Tim Cook appears to not have taken this job and instead handed it over to Jony Ive who is building his empire/control over both hardware and software. But with out Steve Jobs, Ive came out with brain dead designs (such as grey text on grey background, the "slide to open" where only one letter was highligtd at a time, and green on green (was slighly made less worse with 7.1 bit not fixed) etc. he also removed functionality from the home screen in an incoming call. And there was nobody to catch/prevent this. This is the job Steve Jobs used to do.

Once the app writers get going the possibilities will be endless. Some of the apps will be very useful. Amongst the fitness types, heart rate numbers are very meaningful. Amongst those with heart issues (arrhythmia and cardiomyopathy in particular) such has very deep meaning. A very obvious app is one that records this and other data for later analysis, including by the doctor. The only social ill with an iWatch is that every time it vibrates the user will look at it. Then everyone around will think he's impatient and signalling an end to the conversation or meeting or whatever... -- I was born a 1%er - I'm just more equal than the rest.

It is apparent that I don't know; that's why I'm asking. If I didn't care, I wouldn't be asking. Your refusal/inability to provide examples coupled with your dismissive attitude indicates that you are making it up, and are nothing but a troll.

It seems that some would like to know more, but don't have Dr. Dre in their everyday life. A quick google didn't note what you're suggesting, so cite please.
